“This is my favourite place to eat and drink when I visit West Wickham. Very accommodating staff who really cannot do enough for you. Good food and always happy to adapt the menu if required. Also a very friendly and relaxed environment.”

“I already love going to Ollie Polly cafe with my two kids as it’s a lovely place to have nice coffee and cake while the kids play. We had our son’s 1st birthday party at Ollie Polly and I must say that they exceeded our expectations with the organisation, decor and hospitality . Amy, Neil and their team were very hands on with ensuring a smooth running of the party and making sure us and our guests were always catered too. It goes without saying that I will be back my with my kids soon. Thank you Ollie Polly!!!!!!!”

“I recently had a crown fitted by Dr Anhar at the West Wickham High Road branch. As always, her care was exemplary as she takes the time to fully inform and discuss the options available. I felt able to make the best decision for my needs and now that the crown has been successfully fitted I am very happy with the choice I made. Dr Anhar has also been treating my son who was verging on being phobic of dentists - since completing a complex course of treatment with her, he is now a confident patient who is clear about how best to approach his dental health in the future.”

“Every time I've been here, the fish has been freshly cooked and it tastes great. Chips are always very nice, the staff are very friendly and the prices are cheaper than any other fish and chip shop that I know of, so with good prices, tasty food, you can't go wrong. Only one fault with this shop, they close on Mondays, but they deserve at least one day a week off ;-)”

“I went here last weekend for the 1st time, with someone who had been before and recommended it. The staff were friendly and gave the right amount of time between ordering food and drinks. The food was wonderful - We all opted for the lamb chop starters which were very tasty. The mains of prawn and lamb dishes went down very well and the portion sizes were generous. My always 'go to' dish is saag aloo which defines a good restaurant to me. The spinach and potatoes were not overcooked and tasted delicious. Would definitely go here again”

“Walking past and saw the 50% off food on Sunday offer so in we went! I've been to many Indian restaurants from back street to fine dining and each decent place has its own charm for different occasions! The place two doors down was packed, but I saw the food through the window and it looked brightly coloured which puts me right off! This was less busy, unfussy service and the food was good - the coconut that comes with the popadums was a game changer for me, like a party in my mouth! So whilst not exquisite or modern - my overall experience for what it was couldn't have been better hence the rating! Will certainly be back another Sunday!”

“I’ve been involved with St Francis Hall for many years through Scouts, youth groups, and community events, and it’s a fantastic space that really serves West Wickham. The hall is well-used by preschool families, community markets, Slimming World, and theatre groups, and it’s great to see so many local people benefit from it. The committee is working hard on a revival plan for 2025–26, including upgrades to heating, air conditioning, and lighting, which will make the hall even more welcoming and comfortable for everyone. It’s a brilliant community venue, very reasonably priced to hire, and plays such an important role in bringing people together.”
