“Perfect Little Supermarket in London Heathrow Terminal 3 This is a great little supermarket tucked in LHR terminal 3. It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.”

“Absolutely lovely hidden gem!! We popped in to get some spices and meat, this was our first visit and the shop is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t walk past the hot food and not buy any, we already had food that we’d just bought somewhere else so only got a mutton samosa and chicken wrap - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!, I wish we had got more as we won’t be able to pop back until the new year, they were honestly THE BEST samosa & wrap we’ve ever had, I’m always dubious with samosas as they are usually ‘hit and miss’ but the flavours, textures and even the filo pastry was second to none! The shop floor, was so well stocked, very reasonably priced and was clean, organised and tidy! Brilliant find!”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

I can see every day they are working very hard to fill in all the shelves, store is always clean. All the staff members who works there over year are amazing!!! Rest of the tesco members should take opportunity and learn how to treat a customer like they do in Heston North Hyde Lane Express.
