“After getting measurements spectacularly wrong, we were left with a brand new corner sofa stuck in the middle of our tiny living room not knowing what to do. Google brought me to Furni-tech and I'm so pleased it did. From the start I experienced very prompt communication and they came to see the situation giving me advice on the best way to proceed. Within a few days I am now so happy that the corner sofa is finally where is should be and I can't even see where they cut it down to resize it. “I recently had a chair delivered by Cox & Cox. I was really impressed with this company. I had a really clear email from them asking me to confirm my delivery slot, an actual person responded to my email giving me a rough time slot. The email even had a contact number if I needed to call them. A PHONE NUMBER! How rare is that? Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email. I really rate this company highly and I don't think I've ever said that about any other logistics company. Please, when you expand your business, don't lose the personal touch!”
