“Very good service at a reasonable price. They helped me understand what was wrong with the car and kept me regularly updated with the different things that needed to happen to fix it. They don’t charge any hidden extras. Best of all is that their mot and servicing include full car outside wash and dry which gave such a nice feeling of real servicing the car. “I brought my car (BMW F30 330e) in to have a look at the brakes after I thought the discs needed a change, the tech very honestly told me they were fine and didn't need changing instead of pretending I was right just to get money out of me. I then asked for some advice on removing a bolt with a stripped head on the auxiliary battery cover, without asking for money, he spent ages trying to get it out. After removing it, he quoted me 30 quid to change the auxiliary battery and said he could do it right then, which I was going to do myself if I could've got that stripped bolt out. 20 or so minutes later, the new battery is in and the drivetrain error message is gone. Seemed like honest and knowledgeable people, will be my go to next time my BMW inevitably goes wrong.”

“I have been going to moss for some years now, for my MOT, and any car related issues and he always does a great job at a fantastic price, I trust him wholeheartedly and never go to anyone else! To see that people think he is scamming them in the other reviews is actually laughable and quite frankly sad, as it couldn’t be further from the truth! It seems like people can’t tolerate when they have to pay for their faulty cars. Mechanics many of them are known to take advantage, especially women as we tend to know nothing about cars, I have had my fair share of scams related to cars and when I found this small family owned business who finally does what they say I’ve never looked back! Thanks to moss and the team for always providing at 10/10 service”
