Even I just stood beside the wall to see the bricks without saying anything, Jack has already known what I puzzled and told me that the colour of the bricks would be matched after they were dried. I'm so glad that although my English was not good, he could still read my mind. I think that's because of his professionalism. It really helps me, a non-English speaking one. All of them really made me feel no worries to let them go. Last but not least, what made me feel very amazing was their tidy-up. I know not everything is perfect, some dirt must exist after finishing some installation. But their tidy-up was fabulous. I have eczema normally but no breakout for this time. I have heard some YouTubers said that the old British craftsmanship, engineers were so professional and detail-oriented. I haven't met before until I have met all of you. Thanks so much to Carl, Craig, Jack and Mason. You are not old but very professional. You made me know what a real quality British service is and all of my family members are very happy and enjoyable to take the showers and can know what warm actually is in Britain now.”
