“Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. The key and the details they keep sending me was crazy . It’s too much but yes ! They care for you. So I give 100% and Thank you so much.”

“I stayed at Staines Premier inn over a weekend and the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. I was met with a lovely lady called Felicia who hosted the 2 mornings. “I stayed here for one night only. Imagine that the place is a hotel for 200 years, but the building was built in the 15th century!! The rooms are cosy , combining the old and modern. Quiet place only disturbed by the noise of the cars passing on the bridge built over the river that lays in front of the hotel. There is hat and cold breakfast included, which is quite unique. Will surely come back one day.”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“Perfect place for your cat to stay whilst you’re away - lovely owners, who clearly adore cats and provide bespoke care to each cat, including cuddles to our highly nervous shy girl. Socialising with other cats is also allowed if your cat is happy to. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“Very reliable luxury chauffeur company. All the drivers are absolutely very helpful and polite. Working with them since few years ago and we were never disappointed. They have all size cars (from 2pax cars to big family cars) and luxury automobile as well. They never decline your booking and divers allways come on time (even 15/20mins earlier than supposed). I would definately recomand them especially if you work in a hotel with vip guest and tend to do lots of bookings like I do. The owner even does vip jobs where he would personally meet and greet the guests at the airport or do their tax refund which is very handy. 5* people .. recomand them 100%”

“Stayed overnight for a morning flight to LA that got delayed. The room we stayed in was lovely. Fantastic shower. Comfortable bed. Really nice building. Breakfast was continental and served at a time of our choosing (within reason). Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which was no problem at all for our transfer to the airport. 100% will stay here again.”

“First time visit, Atmosphere was lovely and warming, did expect a bit more of a Christmassy vibe - like music , crackers on tables etc Staff and service was brilliant, made sure we were ok, no wait time , very kind and polite The food was amazing, the Duck leg and the pork belly roast were yummy - lots of food - I think it’s the best Sunday lunch I’ve had in a long time. “Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice, well taken care of room. Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was good with continental buffet plus choice of English breakfast or omelette. Had a nice walk along the Thames river in the morning before my flight from Heathrow and pub across the street was good for dinner. Convenient bus service to Heathrow nearby.”

“We’ve been very impressed right from our first contact with Home from Home. Martin and Emily were very responsive and thorough when dealing with our registration and first booking. They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! “From the initial contact with Charles Hope Apartments months ago we were fortunate enough to be put in touch with Sharon Wood, who is not only proactive and conscientious, her communication skills are second to none and she has made the entire experience a breeze and continues to do so – nothing at all is an issue and she cannot do enough to ensure every need is met and that the service is flawless and never fails to go the extra mile. Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments. The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact. “Perfect for what you pay for, cheap and cheerful and near the airport. The staff are so lovely. Marco was in bed and got up to unlock the door as I had left my jacket in the bar (after hours). The drinks are cheap and it has pool and darts. Would definitely recommend. Marco is a legend!!”
