“Visited the Ramblers Rest pub for Father’s Day and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. It’s also a dog-friendly pub, which was a huge plus as we brought our dog along and she was made to feel just as welcome! For food, I had the king prawns to start, the beef roast for my main, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert, every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!”

“I honestly never expected to eat so well in a small restaurant in a little-known street in Croydon. After leaving Gatwick airport, I searched on Google Maps for a Japanese restaurant near me that was open until 10pm, I found this one, I was very lucky. I made a big order because we were very hungry. I tried everything and I was very satisfied, especially the fried food. The place is small but well organized and clean, the service was excellent. Absolutely recommended.”

“Headed out for a quick Sunday evening meal (kid free!!) for my wife's birthday so it was quiet. We had an attentive server and great food, which is the norm with this Pizza Express. With our Gold Membership, we had a whole host of offers to enjoy including a free bottle of prosecco. The new 60th Anniversary Queen's Margherita was fantastic - keep it on the menu!! The huge fudge cake was perhaps a step too far for my wife but I enjoyed the Dolcetti sorbet to end the meal. Making saving is excess of £50 can never be ignored so fair play to Pizza Express and their excellent loyalty system!”

“Amazing service from this friendly take away. With an allergy its always nerve wracking, but here you can state allergens in each item. The chefs adapt most of the dishes for gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. The dishes come fully labelled even with allergens (all printed which makes things very clear) The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced.”

“I come here every week whilst my puppy has hydrotherapy next door, such a lovely cafe. Have had the full english, Buddha bowls (if I’m remembering the name correctly) and also the jacket potatoes. They also have paninis. Doggy friendly as well and the ladies that work here are always cheerful. The food is made fresh and is so good! There is something for everyone. “Popped in and sat outside on a lovely day basically in the park for a Thai tea latte, coffee and home made cake. We have been back several times. This last time we wanted to try the Thai dishes - my goodness what a treat. Fragrant and freshly made a truly delicious meal this time in the open and seated in the park”

“Fantastic food here, the peri peri chicken was better than nandos, juicy, moist and flavoursome. Should have gone for the hot though. Beef wrap was to die for, nice beef kofta with a delicious garlic sauce. The Lahmacun was really good as a light main or a starter. Close second star of the show though were the Nachos, cheese layered throughout the nacho chips, fresh guacamole, and stacked with salsa, sour cream and jalapeños. Diet starts next week..”
