“Taking my partner for a haircut and dye, this being her first time and I must say all staff members made us feel welcomed even myself not being a customer, was very helpful from start to finish. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 2 negative point Sophie our hairdresser was some what messy and was abit late apart from this 5 star from us.”

The staff here are very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I specifically get my treatments done by a fab lady called Sweetie (highly recommended booking with her). She is very consistent and thorough and handles my sensitive skin with care when doing a full body wax - providing helpful advice. I really like the price of treatments as it’s affordable especially in this economy where prices are continuously rising. The store itself appealing interior wise, clean and spacious!
