“I visited Beckie at her gorgeous studio for the BB Luxury Dermaplane and I can’t be any happier! From the moment I walked in I felt so relaxed. Beckie went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and was very informative which I loved. I instantly felt comfortable. Her studio is heavenly and my treatment was more than I hoped for, my skin is glowing and looks the best it has done is a very long time. “Denise the store manager has been fantastic to deal with. After customer services on the phone weren’t great at helping me with a situation with regards to my engagement ring, I was a little bit annoyed by the situation as it felt like I was being passed back and for the with no resolution, however Denise took it upon herself to make the situation so much better for me and whereas before I said I wouldn’t shop with Ernest Jones again, I would 100% return to the Epsom store. With both my wedding ring and engagement ring from there, this would encourage us to return for our next jewellery purchase so thank you!”

From the very first consultation, Hannah was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted. She offered great design ideas and helped us make the most of our new space. Besides she was never “pushy” like some competitors, instead always patient and supportive, we always felt in the right hands. All furniture of our new Schüller kitchen and all appliances, mostly Neff, were delivered complete, in time as promised and convince by quality and design. “My hair is dead straight, flat, fine & long. Had not been to hairdressers for quite a while. Olympia is attentive,listens to what you want, is honest if it wouldn't work. Suggested I went a little bit shorter & had a bit of shape. Came out of there looking great. As my hair is so hard to style the real test was how would it look after I had washed & dried it at home without the products & professional blow dry. Well it looked almost as good as when I came out of the salon. I put that down to Olympia's cutting sklls. With dead straight hair every little flaw would show. There weren't any wayward cuts that I needed to snip off myself. Very pleased.”

She went above and beyond to fit me in before my Christmas do for nails and she truly knows her stuff. I went for glitter and one nail a block colour and she advised me on which colours would go best and work well. I highly recommend Gemma for all of your beauty needs! “I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here on and off for about a year and have never had a problem, tbh i am surprised to read all the negative reviews. I keep my eyebrows quite natural and they always do a lovely job, not taking too much off. £9 for eyebrow threading is fairly steep though but it's a convenient location for me.”
