I cannot recommend Paul Mall Westminster and Harold higher, always a pleasure to visit and leave with a fantastic haircut.”

“I cannot recommend Pennards Vets enough. All staff from reception, nursing staff and vets are fantastic, friendly and caring. They are understanding and non judgemental - you can tell they truly want the best for the animals in their care. Also, I cannot recommend the monthly plan enough, it is definitely worth the money.”

“First time at this dentist. Was in extreme pain and my regular dentist was closed. Visited on a Saturday morning. Was a little apprehensive as my own dentist is amazing and this was a new dentist . I was shown such kindness by all the staff . Mr Miller was awesome. So calm and kind with a twinkle in his eye. Sorted my problem after giving me all the options and explaining everything. I had total confidence in him . Dentists don’t scare me but if you are nervous he would be a perfect choice. Practice even phoned to check I was ok . Fantastic service”

“What a pub! We loved it here, so welcoming by the staff! Loved our server/bartender Corey! Gave us tourists some tips and made a heck of a Bloody Mary too. Had a few beers and a Aperol Slushie! We tried the Seoul Wings, Scotch Egg, Brisket Croquettes, and Sticky Toffee Pudding! All delicious! Must visit!”

“I usually have my cut by Patricia here. Each time she is done with me I leave the parlour feeing like a prince. That is how great of a satisfying feeling I am left with as she is superb in her role. I am always treated with an assertive manner when it comes to my hair styling so there is no room for partial fondness with what you’re left with at the end of the cut as it is always exquisite. We have great conversations during the experience and all the way she is snipping away and raising the surroundings with a sharp tight finish. I would certainly recommend a cut with this expert hair stylist and barber. I would go as far as to say quite possibly she has the best I’ve ever tried as her work is like art. Excuse the over emphasis but great work requires great words, you’re all welcome in advance”

“I have to say a massive thank you to the staff. I was staying there on Friday 31st Oct, but on the way there, literally at the roundabout, I was involved in a car accident where my car was deemed a right off. The staff were brilliant, they've allowed my car to stay in the carpark until it can be recovered, they gave us an extended check out time (3pm), so that a courtesy car could be dropped off to me, they also allowed me to store my car bits (I had to empty the car) in reception. They honestly went above and beyond, which I'm so grateful for.”

“Good cinema. Comfortable seats. Enough space to get comfortable. Good snacks and drinks options. Toilets are clean and tidy. Very good idea with crane /claw machines. Sofas to seat outside. Love to have Baskin and Robbins there. There are 12 screens. Me, my daughter and my friends really enjoyed the time.”

“Took out an endowment with Pall Mall 25 years ago. I was sceptical at the time and thought PM's projections were overly optimistic, and soon after endowments got a bad press and interests rates dived etc. However, fast forward 25 years, the plan has performed really well. “The hotel is in a quiet location with Pub facilities on site for drinks and meals. The staff welcomed me and were helpful when checking in and out explaining how to access and leave keys. Room was clean and very comfortable. There is parking although I travelled by underground which was about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Elina and Mariana on duty at the time attended to me , courteous, really pleasant to talk with and approachable when needed as I asked about busy times and booking again for another visit. I enjoyed the stay.”

“I was in urgent need of an abaya, and even though this shop is a wholesaler, the owner went out of his way to help me. He kindly sold me one even though he didn’t have to. His generosity and kindness were truly appreciated and the abaya is beautiful. Highly recommend this shop—may Allah bless him with success”

“Controller, Chloe, arranged a taxi at short notice to Pembury hospital for the next day. Sylvie and i were worried about being late but Chloe fitted us in and ensured we arrived on time. Upon leaving we called Chloe who again arranged to pick us up. When the taxi arrived she made sure we didn’t get in until confirmation of correct driver. We didn’t get good news at the hospital but being safe and looked after really made a difference. Thank you Chloe and the drivers. Joan Seaman”
