“Almost perfect experience in this barbers today for a beard trim. The barber took the time to listen to what I asked for, and fed back to me what he interpreted. This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

“Had a pre holiday acrylic nails, pedicure and leg massage and brow dye. The lady that does my brows takes her time and last for about 3 weeks for about £6. All are standing the test of time in the Sun and Sea. Feels good not having to do anything to my nails or feet other than an exfoliate in the sand. The only thing as a return customer is the flat screen and music is staff focussed not customer focussed. If you are in a salon for a couple of hours a little change might be nice. I keep coming back for two or three years now and look forward to massage.”

“I have been going to John Loftus for osteo treatments for years, thankfully now only for "maintenance" to keep me aligned and a treat! I was originally recommended to him as I had suspected arthritis in my hip and couldn't weight bear on my left leg. I can't pretend the first couple of visits were completely comfortable due to the necessary massage of various muscles (no nasty manuipulation or cracking), but what a difference - John "cured" my arthritis (I know, you can't actually cure arthritis) and I haven't had a problem with that hip since. John is so knowledgeable, gentle, professional and reassuring, explaining everything, I have recommended him to all my family and friends.”

“So I’ve taken my nearly 2 year old to one or two other places for a hair cut and he would just scream and it was traumatising. My mum suggested Brogans as she used to take my brother there when he was a kid and so we made an impromptu visit down to brogans today. To my shock and surprise, Debbie was able to keep my son calm and smiling throughout the hair cut and he didn’t cry one bit! Debbie was so calm and flexible, was trying to make the hair cut into a fun experience for him and the best part was that my son could watch the buses go past outside and Debbie was able to get on with the hair cut with him distracted. She not only was able to distract him but also the hair cut was of high standard and let’s be honest, it’s hard to get a 2 year old to sit still so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. But I’ll be honest, it was perfect and she understood his hair type and what style would suit him best from the get go.This is definitely going to be my go-to place for his haircuts now and I’m so thankful it’s no longer going to be such a traumatic experience for us all!”

“The minute I met Sunaina I felt so at ease. She is an expert in her field and her warm demeanour makes you feel relaxed. She is also incredibly professional. I first had a very lovely massage with her to check out the salon and staff and was looking for laser but I was also a bit worried about the pain. She offered me a patch test and I felt nothing, no pain! Sunaina’s Soprano Ice machine is incredible and she is such a good therapist I went on instinct and booked in for everything laser. I am now 4 sessions in and I am blown away by the results. Sunanina takes her time, works with great integrity and the results speak for themselves. “Love this barbers. Sarah the owner is lovely! As are Sam, Goldie and Donna. It's done up really beautifully inside and kept very clean considering they cut hair all day! Been using them for years now for my son who is autistic and has adhd and they are always incredibly patient...he used to hate going to the barbers but now doesn't mind at all because the ladies here put him at ease. I don't mind going now either...it used to be an anxious experience for me. They do a brilliant job on his hair for a very reasonable price, always left happy. “I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”

“Best hair cut I have experienced! The lovely lady talked me through each of the steps to blend the fade together aswell as how much length should be taken off the top to equal the fade. So gentle with clippers and scissors, I didn't notice any nicks or cuts. Not rushed in and out like some barbers. Definitely will be coming back, the lady is my favourite. This is the hidden gyms of barbers, right across from station.”
