“We are a small family with 2 small children and sold our 2 bed flat through the estate agents Hunters in Carshalton. I had some bad experience previously with a few property agents where they didnt provide any personal experience and didnt work with us to achieve our goals . With Hunters it was the complete opposite. Fleur came to do the valuation and straightaway we knew she was the one we wanted to handle our sale. Once hired, Ceejay dealt with the viewings and day to day communication. Both Ceejay and Fleur were extremely helpful, proactive and gave us that personal touch which we needed. We had a few issues in the process as were also buying a house and were in a chain. They made the process smooth and easy for us by taking away the hassle and making sure the right outcomes were achieved at every stage. The whole process took about 8 months because of some issues higher up in the chain but with Hunters support we managed to sell our flat and move in to the house we wanted! Till the very end both Ceejay and Fleur made sure that we were informed of everything happening around us. They as a team kept each other always informed of the situation and made sure that our sale completed successfully. “As I have been in a great deal of very intense pain, I was anxious about having the SPECT-CT Scan, and having to lie completely still for a long time on what is, basically, a board. Everybody was so kind and helpful, the experience was much easier than I have imagined. All the ladies were extremely understanding and supportive, and I do thank them very much, especially Mia, Nessa and the other nurse who helped with administering the isotope. Apologies that I do not think name of the third nurse, but all the staff were really kind and reassuring. Thank you everyone.”

“Chris you are the best mechanic I ever met. My Vauxhall Zafira was handle by 5 mechanics every time their diagnostics tell them to change mass sensor, throttle body, etc for the last 2 years spend lot of money on the parts and mechanic. One mechanic told me to drive with the engine on as Vauxhall is always like that. Finally one Romanian friend recommended Chris. I have not told him that I have used 5 mechanics before. I saw Chris checking the engine and told me one cap needs replacement. He kept for few hours and he fixed the engine light problem. Chris you are superb. I will recommend to others.”
