“We had the avocado bread, Greek yoghurt, rosemary fries and the pastry- EVERYTHING was super delicious! Was worth every minute of waiting. Not the “classic” Greek restaurant- hope some will follow this example of great vegetarian and vegan choices. We also loved the interior and chill atmosphere.”

“I really really enjoyed the food here! My highlights were the lamb shoulder - the pomegranate perfectly compliments the lamb. The roasted pumpkin is so gorgeously paired with the sauce! The trio of dips were gorgeouuuuuusssss. The polenta fries are just stunning as well! Together with the fantastic food that we had I must also give a special mention to Dorota & Lorenzo - both are a real credit to the team! They are absolutely lovely, knowledgable with the menu & just brilliant!”

“A small but mighty team runs this gem of a restaurant. Delicious food and relaxed ambience makes this a perfect spot to meet a friend or two or have a date night. You might even want to do take away but then you’d be missing out on the warmth of their customer service. Would recommend and will be back.”

“Stayed in the Golders Green area for 2 days and this was by far the best service we received at a restaurant and the food was really good. It was clean, fresh, and had gluten free options. “I celebrated my friend, Jennifer’s birthday here today. It was her third visit, and Ejder immediately recognised her — such a lovely personal touch! He even made her a black paper rose, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The birthday arrangement was wonderful, with a sparkler on the cake and the staff singing happy birthday. Ejder truly made our day special — thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend celebrating your birthday here — the atmosphere is really good and perfect for special occasions.”

“5 stars are just not enough for the food and services we received in GIA. Would have given them 10 stars if Google allows! We lived in Dalston for our stay in London and found GIA accidentally. We went there twice during our stay and both the English and Mediterranean breakfast we had were absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh and all the food on the dishes (even the honey that they make it themselves) were so delicious that we still want to head back for their breakfast even after we moved out from Dalston! The waiter there was very nice and considerate and it’s definitely a very pleasant experience to have our start of the day there! Highly recommend this place to anyone!”

“I visited Aetos Taverna as I would always walk past it and wanted to try it. I love Greek cuisine and it is fair to say that it did not disappoint me at all. The food was full of flavour and the portions are very generous. I often come here with family to enjoy dinner or lunch. “This place was a great find for two vegans and a vegetarians. We enjoyed quality coffee and sourdough avocado toast with pomegranate seeds. The olive oil used was exceptional. Adding another vegan option would ensure a return visit, but great staff made it the best option in that area for us”

“I’ve lived in the area all my life and only just visiting for the first time. I can genuinely say I will be back with the misses very often. The atmosphere is chill, a little loud with some kids but that’s to be expected. Service was nice, very respectful and friendly staff. The food was to die for! I was going to opt for a full English as a safe option but risked it with Turkish Eggs. WOW - it was absolutely worth it and very flavourful full. The hash browns are also the best we’ve ever had! Will be back for sure!”

And most importantly the food was delicious, every single dish. The duck wasn't fatty and had great flavours, and the wontons were perfectly cooked. The bbq squid was matched wonderfully with a sweet but chilli sauce which really enhanced it's taste. And we all enjoyed the organic white wine, a great choice We'd definitely go back. Thank you”

“Delicious food and great service! Had the kleftiko and it was amazing - it really melts in your mouth and I’m not even generally a fan of lamb. Comes with a greek salad and freshly made bread sticks, all very good too. Portions are huge, struggled to finish. At the end we also got a shot of Amaretto, which was also great! (Photo is with ultra wide 0.5, trust me when I say it’s huge)”
