Both gentlemen are very nice and considerate. The son advised me to try on a slightly larger pair and after some testing he proved to be right. I hope the Loake's will go as well as the previous pairs. If you need a pair of shoes for very good value with excellent advise, don't hesitate. Recommended.”

“I saw a pair of trainers in the sale which were 50% cheaper than anywhere else I’d seen online. Not surprisingly they didn’t have my size, but the sales assistant said he’d check the other stores and luckily found my size in another store which he’d get sent over and reserve for me. They arrived next day. Can’t complain about seamless service like that, even if it’s just a sale product.”
