“The best Hummus I had in London and its surrounding (and I know my hummus well!). You MUST try any of the hummus options, lamb kibbeh and Tabbouleh. It is super fresh! Prices are reasonable - value for money is excellent! Recommended for take out ONLY because place is too small. Owner runs the place alone, hard working and knows his Middle Eastern cuisine well. You are great and we are very happy to have your place so close to where we live!”

“We went to Asado on Wednesday evening, food was unbelievable, huge menu to chose from, each item received was delicious, Lipa served us with a smile and suggested best items on the menu, We are very much looking forward to returning to the restaurant soon best meal we have had in London for a long time, Moist tender cuts of meat severed with hand cooked chips… Warm Gooey Bapka with ice cream with Halva shavings…. “Been going here for over 30 years. Me and my pals actually sincerely believe these are the best burgers in the area. Fantastic with the cabbage making it crunchy. I always have some Doner carved off whilst waiting. My family love the kebabs but I cannot move from the burgers and the chilli sauce is my favourite too. If you have not been and tried - you must.”

“I came here after seeing the good reviews and super pleased that I tried it. It's a tiny shop, where you order on screens and the team make it in front of you. I ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken was really delicious and well cooked. I also ordered the crisps with hummus, the crisps were brilliant but the hummus portion looked slightly small compared to the tub they serve it in. Definitely a great option for lunch.”

From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming the staff truly looked after us throughout the evening. The food was exceptional fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavour. I ordered the momtaz, which came with both koobideh and chicken joojeh served with naan absolutely delicious. My daughter chose the joojijeh with rice, and she loved every bite. We rounded off our meal with some beautifully fragrant Iranian tea, which was the perfect end to a fantastic dining experience. If you’re looking for authentic Persian food with excellent service, Sofreh is a gem worth visiting. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Stumbled upon this place after getting on the wrong bus during a recent trip to London. So get we did. Visted a lunchtime, had the most delicious lamb kebab on the spit I've ever had. Rice was fluffy and tasted lovely. Great size portions too. Staff were lovely. Wish we lived closer as this would definitely be a regular.”

“I visited this restaurant during the second lockdown for takeaway service. I felt very welcome and found the restaurant clean. The staff were very attentive and there is always a wide range to choose from. I will particularly recommend their grilled fish range!! Their salads are lovingly prepared and looks, smells and tastes healthy. There range of smoothies are also great! Especially the detox range. It's a nice eclectic mixture of the Middle East, North Africa and Modern healthy cuisine. The cherry on top was a free falafel I was asked to taste and I swear, I have never tasted such a delightful falafel! I will never go back to the supermarket bought ones for sure!
