“London's Hidden Gem! I am truly surprised as to how amazing this place was. The whole thing just was such a comfortable chilled out experience. The most important thing was that the food was good, halal and reasonably priced. (Chicken and Beef halal only). There is an incredible variety of food. You can see the open kitchen prepare the food fresh by trained chefs. Service was excellent, very attentive and not like fake happy, just chilled out and honest which is what you want. The time flew by as we were having such a great time. We felt relaxed. Only criticism is the that green curry was too watery for my liking, definitely should be thicker and creamier. I like the innovativeness of the desserts and the creativeness. I would definitely come here again and bring different group of friends.”

“The best Chinese take away in north London! Been ordering from here for a couple of years now. It never disappoints and is great value for money. Their chicken satay is amazing and I’ve never tried a dish I didn’t like. We also order the soups regularly which are just fab. Portions are generous and the food is always so fresh. The woman who works there is so friendly and thorough with the orders and never seems to make any mistakes! We always look forward to our Chinese take away treat night!”

“Highly recommend the beef and fungus stir fry noodle which was full of flavours. We ordered the lamb with naan dish as well. The lamb was tender. The naan got quite soggy if you don’t eat fast enough and the dish was very filling. We prefer the sauce in the noodle dish and found the lamb dish a bit on the blend side. Overall, it’s a good place to go for Uyghur cuisine.”

“A beloved late-night haunt for me. Hits the spot just right. Disclaimer: I am a vegetarian. I tend to order their sides: the fries, the hash-brown bites, the cheese bites. I may be a niche type of customer but they are perfect for my niche. While the sides may seem incidental to their speciality (kebab) I instead contend they have some of the best selection of late-night vegetarian snacks of any fast-food chain. There is a selection of different sauces/seasonings as well, which is quite fun. The price/quality ratio is reasonable.”

“I recently visited Rayyan Restaurant and tried their Alfaham Mandhi. The dish was delicious — flavourful, tender, and perfectly spiced. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was great as well. The atmosphere in the restaurant felt warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. “Absolutely fantastic restaurant! We stumbled upon this hidden gem in central London and it’s so low key yet amazing! Food was absolutely fresh, delicious, served quick and piping hot. “I haven’t been in London in seven years and I was delighted to see that there’s a Comptoir near my hotel. The food here is so delicious and also nutritious. I am fiber and lean proteins and plenty of beautiful spices. As a gal from LA, you don’t get a lot of Lebanese cuisine regularly. Visiting, far was an absolute delay. Service was great from Ash. Food came out quickly, piping hot, and the texture of the crispy rice with the chickpeas is to die for! I’m going to be dreaming about this meal for weeks to come. Highly recommend to anyone who likes their food to have good seasonings in a colorful ambiance.”

“Canary Wharf branch: Food: I bought the mixed mezze box with flatbread to take away, it was absolutely delish, especially the baba ganoush and the red rice (?) with aubergine. My least favourite was the hummus and I think this is because it was really cold in the fridge. Service: I went a couple of minutes before closing and the man serving me was patient and told me to take my time whilst I decided what I wanted to eat. He even helped me place my order and was overall very friendly. Great customer service.”
