“I visited this restaurant during the second lockdown for takeaway service. I felt very welcome and found the restaurant clean. The staff were very attentive and there is always a wide range to choose from. I will particularly recommend their grilled fish range!! Their salads are lovingly prepared and looks, smells and tastes healthy. There range of smoothies are also great! Especially the detox range. It's a nice eclectic mixture of the Middle East, North Africa and Modern healthy cuisine. The cherry on top was a free falafel I was asked to taste and I swear, I have never tasted such a delightful falafel! I will never go back to the supermarket bought ones for sure! Highly recommended.”

“Came for breakfast in the morning whilst staying in Parsons Green and we saw the cocktail happy hour offer which we came back for lager. We enjoyed the £7 Cocktail happy hour which unlike other places included all the cocktails and premium options. Will be making further trips to Parsons Green. Great coffee too.”

The staff took orders quickly and the food came out quickly. establishment: nice place - quite a few tables - can have private group function partitioned off. They are available for weddings/functions. food: amazing! The lentil soup to start was delicious. Large portions. The beef was deliciously flavourful. The salad has a nice homemade dressing. The rice has great spice/flavour and the raisins are a nice touch. So glad we found it and tried it!”

We had the 6 course vegetarian tasting menu with a few extra dishes (tuna tataki and nduja) and it was all absolutely incredible. The drinks are delicious, the decor is really interesting and the service is great. Highly recommend!”

“Bar / coffee shop by the canal with seating area outside. Perfect views and the food was delicious (and cheap being in mind we are in London!). We order calamari and were very tasty, soft and spicy. It comes with ketchup and tartare sauce. Also they have available different sauces, like mayonnaise and so… Today the terraza was fine but if the weather is good, they used to be very busy”

“Basil Lounge is the best experience for meeting up with friends, hanging out even on your own. It's Local and it's nice. You can bring your own alcohol because the place doesn't hold a drinks licence to sell alcohol but your welcome to bring your own. I don't think many people realise its a SHISHA lounge, if you know what shisha is then you know. They have many yummy shisha flavours and coals are topped up when needed. Go and you just might be a regular :).”

“We tried this place because of the 4.7 star reviews on Google reviews and it more than lived up to its rating. The food was incredible!! Seriously the best food I've had on Edgware Road. The mix grill was exquisite and grilled to perfection. The mixed shawarma wrap was served in the bread they make at the restaurant and was fantastic. Excellent service from the young lady waiter. The bill was very reasonable for the quality of food served. Please give this place a go if you're on Edgware Road!”

“Visited this restaurant for the first time today with my partner. The customer service was excellent and attentive. When we sat down they had already placed bread and sauces on the table and after we finished the bread they topped us up with more bread and to my pleasant surprise the bread was a different variety which was amazing. When the main dish came everything was of high quality the Adana meat was excellent and salad and Bulgar was great. We finished with some Turkish tea . Overall I really enjoyed my experience at this establishment and I highly recommend it to anyone. Also the price was very fair . I look forward to eating here again. Thank you”

“This is place is incredible and we had such a good time. I had the lamb tagine with aubergine and my partner had the vegetarian tagine with goats cheese (which she said was delicious). My lamb was falling off the bone and the whole meal was superb. It’s also a BYOB place with no corkage costs. Would absolutely recommend this - service was great and decent price for amazing quality food - still thinking about it now!”

The foul was like a hug in a bowl and the children loved their shawarma - Mohammed looked after us so well and it was warm and friendly and just fabulous food. Thank you team.
