“I’ve been coming to Chicos for a long time now, and I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Every visit has been exceptional — from the food to the atmosphere to the way the staff treat you. I always leave feeling genuinely happy. I wanted to write another review because the service, especially from Muskan and Muhammad, deserves to be recognised again. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Muskan always makes me feel valued and special, even as a regular customer. It’s rare to find that level of care these days. Recently, I was thinking of eating somewhere else because I was tired and hungry, and coming to Chicos would’ve meant travelling further. But I chose to come anyway because I knew I would leave feeling satisfied — and as always, I’m so glad I made that decision. The experience was worth the journey, just like it always is. I hope others reading this are encouraged to visit, because they are truly missing out on something special. Thank you, Muskan, for your consistent kindness, professionalism, and positivity. You are a wonderful representative of your company, and I hope they know how lucky they are to have you. Thank you once again for making every visit memorable. I really appreciate you.”

I love taste of fresh quality ingredients Staff are very friendly The only one thing I don't like is the fact that they don't serve bread along with your brekfast (by the time you start eating your bread is cold) I'll be back here anyway”

“been going for a couple of years , several times a week. Food is fine can be a little slow sometimes because he is the sole chef. His curry is home made and very popular. His set menus are good value as they include tea/coffee and bread. He takes card for sit in and cash for takeaways - there is a good reason for this. i think card minimum is 5.. , some places are at least 10..00 Has a lot of regulars so cant be bad! Atmosphere ? it as a cafe with workman, mechanics and NHS staff so it what you would expect, no tie neccesary.........”

“First time visit for me to this Ealing burger joint. My partner and I both ordered the smash burger straight up, with sides of ranch coleslaw and halloumi fries. When the food arrived I noticed the halloumi fries were missing and pointed it out. Our server, Deniz, apologised that the order must have been accepted in error and they were out of halloumi fries but immediately offered an alternative side on the house by way of an apology. Since we couldn't make our minds up he sent us a mix of chicken tenders and onion rings. Fantastic and professional way to deal with a problem, hence I'm on here applauding what a great time we had rather than complaining. Well done Deniz. Our burgers were delicious and came with a massive portion of tasty chips. The ranch coleslaw was fresh and creamy and tasty. We also ordered a jug of mint lemonade between 2 and it was plenty for us throughout the meal. I would have made it 10% sweeter but I have a sweet tooth and it was probably just right for most people. Altogether I can't fault the service, food quality or atmosphere at this place. We joined the loyalty club before leaving because we will definitely be back. Thanks.”

“Had lunch here today (Tuesday). The service here was amazing. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. He made me feel welcome on entry and talked me through the options. I saw how he treated everyone who entered and he was really good. I’m not kidding when I say it was the best service I’ve ever seen outside of a Michelin star restaurant. If the rest of the staff are that good then fair play to them. I went for the special which was a three cheese beef burger. It was decent. The sauce gave it a nice twang and the patty was both filling and succulent. Had a coke to go with it. But there is a good selection of alcoholic drinks too. The chips were rosemary chips and were also very tasty. Would recommend them. Marks down for atmosphere only because it was super quiet. If it had been a busy evening I would’ve probably rated it higher. Overall a great lunch. I would go again.”

“I came in here this evening with my brother, the place wasn’t too busy but served straight away. Although we were told 25min for food to come out it flew out within 10mins! The food was fresh and piping hot, no complaints at all.. I even asked the staff for topping on the burger which they sorted me out with! I recommend coming here if you like burgers as these are one of the. Eat in the area!”

“Visited Westfield today for shopping and stopped by here with a friend for a late lunch, the staff were amazing, friendly and very professional. Food was nice I got the chicken tikka sandwich, would be better if it had cheese inside. Cocktails were amazing also. I would definitely visit again.”

“A Hidden Gem with Wonderful Improvements! I’ve been visiting this bakery as of recent, and I have to say, the improvements since the change of staff have been incredible. It’s always been a lovely little spot, but now it truly shines! The selection of cakes and food is fantastic—everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The coffee is brilliant too, with a great range of options to suit everyone’s taste. Whether you fancy a strong espresso or a creamy latte, they get it just right every time. The staff are a real credit to the place—so friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s a small, family-run business, and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The ingredients are always fresh, and the tables, chairs, and cutlery are spotless. It’s also reassuring to see their hygiene rating proudly displayed at the front of the shop. One of the best things about this bakery is the space. It’s not cramped like some cafés, and there’s even a lovely garden where you can sit outside and enjoy your food in the fresh air. It’s such a peaceful spot to relax, especially on a sunny day. Given the rise in the cost of living, I also really appreciate that the prices here are very reasonable. You get great quality food and drinks without feeling like you’re overspending, which makes it even easier to keep coming back! All in all, I highly recommend this bakery. It’s a warm, welcoming place with great food, fantastic coffee, and lovely people running it. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!”

“Hands down the best tasting burgers. We thought of trying them out with the 'eat out to help out' scheme. There was a queue so I was a little apprehensive about getting a seat soon and our order sooner..but I must say, they handled it quite well. The manager was cool and respectful. We ordered at the counter, had to pay by cash only. Within 5-10 mins we had our order on our table..and taste wise it was yumm!! Even the kids meal (burgers) were tasty. To add to this, the service was top notch..special mention to Manuel, he is a superstar who made our evening awesome. I could see the kitchen busy, but the staff looked happy and we're having fun. They loved being there. Definitely visiting again.”
