“Fantastic concept. Essentially an artisan off-licence which also operates as a bar. It’s stylish, friendly, spacious and stocked with a great range of homemade bottled cocktails and home brand gins in different sizes. We bought a small bottle of the grapefruit gin and he served it with some Mediterranean Fevertree Tonic, garnished with a grapefruit slice. He also sells some locally sourced antipasti options which looked fabulous.”

“My friend and I came here for dinner after seeing the great reviews online, and they were absolutely right. We arrived on a Wednesday around 8 PM without a reservation, and the restaurant was completely full — yet the staff kindly managed to find us a table for two. They were incredibly accommodating despite how busy it was. You could really feel the energy from the kitchen — it was clearly in full swing, every dish coming out looked fantastic, and you could tell the cooks were working their hardest. The food itself was outstanding: high-quality ingredients, beautifully balanced flavours, and that unmistakable sense that it was made with care and pride. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead, as it’s a popular spot for good reason. Everything we had tasted fresh, authentic, and deeply satisfying — some of the best Korean food I’ve had in London. Also, a special mention to our friendly host — I think his name was Jerry or Larry (forgive me if I’ve got that wrong!) — who asked to be named in this review to win a bet. Consider this his victory! In short, Parks Kitchen is a gem in Ealing — warm service, excellent food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.”

“A massive change has taken place. The pub has morphed from failing pub to a modern lounge restaurant serving freshly cooked food. Local rumours that it's now a strip joint are untrue and the blacked out windows do hide an expensive refurbishment. Looking more like a high end night club, an exciting new development and great night out.”

“Had a really lovely meal at the counter, where you can watch the chefs skilfully prepare amazing sushi and hot dishes. We had the tasting menu and the staff were kind enough to swap out the main course for a pescatarian alternative. All of the courses were fantastically prepared and plated, the ingredients used were fresh and of exceptionally high quality, and the flavours of each dish were distinct and innovative without straying from the classics. If you come here and get their tasting menu, you’ll leave full and happy.”

“I had the best grilled seasoned tilapia, spicy though but delicious. Great service and atmosphere. Nice presentation of food. I’ve been to heritage many times but this was the best meal. It could be that they’ve a new Cheif but I’ll definitely recommend you check it out.”

“I went to 144 On The Hill on Saturday evening and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout. “Week 2: the booze tube ,around our world on a freedom pass: Measures are 25ml or 50ml so English Isobella was a great host she made us very welcome ,this pub is closer to the equator than our home in Finchley so we had to take off our coats as it was hot. A circus theme to the place ,we tried to dogem but got caught and had to pay the bill Isobella chose our next station on the random app,hello Wimbledon park !”

“Came in for "Punk Day" had some cocktails on the 2-4-1 deal, Gin Fizz and Dark n Stormy's. Starters were good we had Mac and Cheese Bites and Padron Peppers. For mains we both had the Chicken, Leek & Ham Hock Pie, served with creamy mash potato, roasted vegetables & gravy which was one of the best pub pies I've eaten. The roasted Veg was excellent too. Didn't have room for a pudding but we did try some of Brewdogs beers the Stout being lovely. The staff were absolutely brilliant, attentive and helpful. We live locally so will definitely be returning.”

“The Lord Herbert is my favourite pub in the area, and I've tried almost all of them. The live music is eclectic, the pizzas are authentic and the vibe is friendly. I can watch rugby in peace, knowing my children are safe and enthused playing with an array of board games in a cosy annex. The staff are helpful and chatty whilst the landlord is great. I'd recommend this gem to anyone and I take family and friends whenever possible.”
