Additionally, you can park for free at the bottom; just ask the restaurant for directions, and they will provide you with a pass. I can't wait to visit again! The finishing was neat and tidy. Special shout out to Fateh (wardrobe installer), who was leading the installation work and was very careful in moving the materials in the flat as instructed and provided a lot of assurance during the work that was well received. “We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

The material is pretty good quality, infact excellent quality. It was a good space planning done with all the available space utilised and stylish worktop beautifully fitted. “Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”
