Fatima and her team in the restaurant were wonderful, helping us navigate much needed breakfast while we were there. Good food and lodgings. Good local transport to Heathrow and London. Excellent price and service.”

“Stayed here one night for a layover and it was perfect. Right next to airport but you hear absolutely no airport noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options even vegetarian breakfast ‘meat.’ Bed was very comfortable and they even supplied robes and slippers. Had a relaxing stay amid two hectic travel days. **not necessarily affiliated with hotel but worth mentioning. I took the hotel hoppa bus, which you have to pay for (£6.80/$8.98 one way) and it was not on schedule departing LHR. It was over 30 mins late. It was however on time picking me up from the hotel to LHR. Important to note if you’re on a strict schedule.”

“Just arrived in West Drayton, staying in London for a few days...first meal experience at The Six Bells ...in a word...fabulous! Service fabulous. Very attentive staff. Food beyond delicious, we chose The Naked Chicken Kebab and the Lamb kebab, both so fresh, flavours fabulous. presentation of food excellent, presented on wooden boards with seasoned chips, salad, marinades. dressings were yummy. We will be back. Highly recommend a visit to this wonderful eateries...you're on for a culinary feast for the senses.”

“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“Probably my favourite pizza place around me! I love that the food is all Halal and the service is super amazing! They are really kind, efficient and helpful. Oh yeah and the gogo dash app is actually kinda fun! My only nitpick is like parking is a bit difficult but I guess you can park in the GP nearby and it’s not that expensive to park. The pizza prices are really reasonable! It’s great here and I fully recommend!”

“Great location for Heathrow flights, obviously! Very easy to book, park and relax prior to early flights, the concierge were outstanding. The bar and food were excellent. We were told exactly what was best for our early flight, they gave us timimgs for the Shuttle, which takes 6 minutes to Terminal 5. We will definately be staying there again.”

“We used London Heathrow Cars to get to our hotel and the service was so welcoming and gave us such peace of mind that we contacted them for the return trip also which was quite early in the morning. both trips the drivers were so personable, offering insight and good conversation, we will use them again for sure. The price was discounted on the second trip which was very welcomed also.”

“Open till 7.30 on most days. Got a very decent haircut here from the barber, will return. £10 for a haircut. Parking is limit at the front.”

“I was not familiar with this hotel chain. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very nice for an overnight stay. We had two rooms for 6 people and it was great. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location was within 6 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 2. Prices were competitive and I would stay there again. It was a pleasant stay.”

“Luvly guy who owns this jewelers I went there today for a repair on my chain he had a look and said it just needed a clean and cleaned it with one of his tools he did this free of charge he could have so easily said it needs a new part and I'd never have known. When I thanked him he even said it was his pleasure we need more businesses like this these days would definitely recommend this luvly guy”

“My wife and I had a wonderful meal at the Cast Iron Bar & Grill at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow. I had the ribeye steak and my wife chose the fish and chips—both dishes were cooked to absolute perfection. The draft beer was fresh, the Prosecco crisp and perfectly chilled, and the whole atmosphere made for a really enjoyable evening. A special mention to our waiter, Vincy, whose service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the meal. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be returning in June next year when we stay again. Highly recommended!”

“Great for the Heathrow Terminal 5 and for a night before early flight. The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. People who work here are super friendly and professional, helpful. They helped me and answered ALL my questions. Respect for that! Unfortunately I had neighbours in the corridor who did not give a sh*t about other guests and we're banging doors all night. It's not the hotel fault, so have earplugs just in case. The BEST PART is travel on the POD to LHR terminal 5 at 5am for only 8.25£. 7 minutes and I was at the terninal. Beautiful!!! And the room price was very good for being that close to the airpot.”
