βAn unhurried, professional and considerate approach by Hassan, the pharmacist, made my visit for a flu and Covid vaccine pleasant. He explained how to minimise a stiff arm (relaxed muscles) and reassured me that there was less likelihood of a strong reaction to the vaccines as the Covid one had become more advanced and was not a live vaccine. It was the Pfizer Covid vaccine. The free parking rounded off this altogether relatively enjoyable experience (for a double vaccine!).β

Upon arrival we were greeted by Sarah with a huge smile and very caring nature, Sarah did everything in Her power to calm my very nervous rescue dog . We were called into to see the vet who was really l lovely and caring . Agata called on Sarah for some help to calm my dog and proceeded to give him a very gentle and thorough examination . Medication was dispensed. Everywhere was very clean . I left feeling happy that all my concerns and questions had been addressed.β
