“Caught my wife's door mirror on our front wall while reversing. Went to another bodyshop and quoted £460 for a new door mirror no other option given. Tried ft smartfix for first time and told he could change the mirror but as the damage was minor he could quickly just touch it up before my wife got home. 10 minutes later it's not so noticeable. Not a complete repair but just made it look better and the best thing is when I asked how much, I was told don't worry about it. Gave the guy £20 for being a gentleman and genuine. Thanks for a wonderful experience.”

“Took my Merc C class for a brake disc & pads change today at the garage. Anees was prompt in responses over the phone and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. I had my doubts initially but all the 5 star reviews gave me some confidence and I decided it was worth taking a chance. After dropping the car at the garage, I was kept updated with photos of the parts & videos while the work was being done. I was contacted as soon as the car was ready unlike some other garages where I've had to follow up to find the status of the work. Overall, I liked Anees' honesty and professional attitude towards the work - will definitely go back for future servicing needs.”

“Very nice mechanic. My car wouldn't start, I don't live too far away from the garage so the mechanic was kind enough to walk to my house and jump start the car. We then drove it to the garage where they diagnosed the problem and said it will take a week to fix. They contacted be just a little earlier than a week and said it was ready. I was running late and the mechanic was kind of enough to wait 40 mins after closing so I can collect the car. Highly recommend.”

“These guys are awesome at what they do. I've now taken my range rover sport to them twice and have had an excellent service both times. This time round the car developed a service light fault, the guys managed to sort within an hour and have the car ready. They were honest in the fact it was an easy fix for them this time round as the car responded first time to their software update and did not feel it warranted them charging me for it, what garage does that!! Says alot about their professionalism and service. Thank you guys, not taking my car anywhere else!”

“First of all sorry for the delay. I have been visiting the TFL Heston Vehicle Inspection Centre in 23 September 2025. I had an issue with my PCO badge and I spoke with the manager and another guy (who was bus driver before) they were very nice, kind and helpful. They are “HUMANS “ with full huge capital letters I hope more people like them and the world can be a better place in the future because now I have a 6 month old and I wish He can grow up in that world.
