“I must post this because it's so well deserved. The guys at Epsom HPS (and girls, in case there are any there and that offends someone) are quite unbelievable. I have been using HPS Epsom for many years but since starting semi-retirment, the business I put their way is minimal. However, they still treat me like I am spending a fortune and honestly they can't do enough to help. Every person who serves me is knowledgeable or will confer with a more knowledgeable staff member if they are struggling on a specific item or matter and they really make buying goods a pleasure. I had mislaid an invoice recently so needed to phone the branch to obtain a duplicate for my accounts. Not only was the assistant's tone very positive and helpful, he also remembered my business name and the peculiar spelling haha and had emailed me the copy invoice before I had hung up the phone. It really is a shame more businesses don't employ staff like these guys (and girls and odd identifiers) as their businesses would benefit hugely. Well done to everyone there.”

“Ian and his team were amazing from start to finish. Ian is passionate about providing very high quality work and was a great organiser. Units and everything arrived with precision and he was always on hand to answer questions along the way. His fitter of the worktops said the units were fitted to absolute perfection as no spacers were needed at all. I still have the floor to do but the photos below shows the finished units and worktops from affordable granite. Would not hesitate to recommend kitchens unique to anyone! Simon”

“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . Thank you so much - I already have a wash on! Don't hesitate to use this wonderful local shop.”

“Brilliant garage. I brought my car in for some work to be done and an MOT- it was done and ready for me to collect within a few hours. It has been the least stressful MOT day I have ever had. Service was booked online and a call was received early next day to confirm what had been booked and what needs bringing. Used the car collect and return service which was smooth and overall experience was great. Price is fair too. Would recommend for sure.”

“Ordered using Click & Collect from this store. Didn’t realise that it’s only 48 hours to collect so had to call the store to hold until I could get there after work today. The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient. “The competitive place to get gasoline or diesel. Nothing special but it gives a chearful feeling when you get petrol a few pence cheaper than in other places. Unfortunately, none of petrol stations give information on the quality of petrol they are selling. I believe that the price difference is based on the wuality, not a supply chain.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Imperial pharmacy have come to the rescue on a number of occasions when my local pharmacy have been unable to obtain certain medications. Other reviews have mentioned long wait times, and whilst I have experienced this a few times , it honestly is not any different to where I normally go. I would recommend this pharmacy.”
