Lovely clean ladies toilets with great facilities and sofas to sit and rest on. Great selection of teas. Fabulous buffet lunch. Very friendly staff. Parking on site. Bus stops nearby and close to Galleria Shopping Centre and Parkway shops and restaurants.”

It will be helpful if the delivery office is open until 2pm, Monday - Saturday to support businesses in the area and individuals at large who use Royal Mail Special delivery 1pm services. I have missed an urgent special delivery post today which should have arrived before 1pm today being a Thursday but the delivery office is now closed without my urgent parcel arriving on time to fulfil an urgent business need / loss of funds as a result. Please consider reverting your delivery times to finish at 2pm instead of 10am in the morning which does not leave enough time for parcels posted the previous night to arrive the next day to ensure it arrives to it's destination by 1pm [total loss of funds and resulting to unsatisfactory services to our customers in the end] . Thank you for your consideration.”
