“I didn’t expect much from this hotel at first, but my stay turned out to be surprisingly wonderful! • The staff were extremely lovely and welcoming throughout my 6 days, 5 nights stay. • Rooms were spotless and room service was very accommodating. • I was upgraded to an executive room with the most memorable view, such a thoughtful touch. • The restaurant team was so friendly, they even treated me to a cheesecake before I left, which truly made it feel like home (we even took a photo together!). • At checkout, I was delighted to receive two complimentary Harrods chocolate bars. Overall, an amazing stay that went far beyond my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a truly memorable experience in Knightsbridge.”

“Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and clean with great facilities. It was quiet, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay there or at another Toby Carvery again and would highly recommend it.”

“Had a slight issue with my special delivery package, I immediately called the customer service line and headed down to the sorting office despite it being closed. I ran into a very helpful delivery Driver called Rupert who helped me tirelessly to track my package which was important documents. He was able to get in contact with the driver and have my documents redelivered. I think Rupert deserved recognition and a raise :)”

“Rob put together the most incredible itinerary for our honeymoon. When we first decided that we wanted to honeymoon in South Africa, we found ourselves overwhelmed with decisions. We reached out to Tailormade Africa and let them know that we both had never been to Africa and that we needed some serious guidance! We had a video call with Rob who took the time to get to know us - listening to our interests, expectations and wishes. From there, he presented us with an itinerary perfectly suited to our personalities and travel interests. We spent time in Cape Town, Franschhoek and Hermanus – loving the diverse wildlife, wine and culinary scene each place offered. The highlight our of trip though would have to be our stays at Rhino Ridge Lodge and Thonga Beach Lodge. At both lodges the staff were friendly and provided a high level of service, the guides were knowledgeable, and the food exceeded our expectations. The lodges were intimate and offered us the perfect time to disconnect. There is nothing quite like the experience of being surrounded by giraffes, elephants, rhinos and many more living in their natural habitats! We ended up renting a car to self drive from destination to destination. Though we had our reservations at first about driving, we ended up loving it. It gave us the freedom to set our own timetable and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. We were both grateful not to be in a stuffy tour bus with a bunch of other people. Rob was always available on WhatsApp through our trip to check in and make sure everything was always to our liking. Though we didn’t run into any issues, it was comforting to know there was always support on hand. He even took the time to chat with us once we got back home to hear about our trip and any concerns, if we had any. We chose Tailormade Africa in hopes that they would offer us a personalized experience that the big tour groups lack, and they did not disappoint. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Thank you again, Rob, and Tailormade Africa for the honeymoon of a lifetime.”

“Thank you so much to ED Flowers for giving me the most beautiful pastel sheaf for my grandmother’s funeral. They were very responsive over email and phone and made picking up the flowers very easy and handled the whole thing with great care and sensitivity (especially since I picked them up on Mother’s Day and the shop was very busy, they did amazingly!) I was too upset to get good photographs but the flowers were beautiful and so fragrant. I had them in the kitchen overnight and could smell them upstairs in my bedroom. I’ve also bought their £1 daffs a few times which have always been bright and long lasting. I’ve not a bad word to say about the experience and will definitely be purchasing here again.”

“Sacred Art London is so welcoming and inclusive. Very chill atmosphere too. (The decor of the studio is on point too. Lots of plants as well, very calming) I worked with James to get a one of my past ferrets paw print in tattoo form. James was so lovely and accommodating regarding everything. I'm a newbie to tattoos you see and so was pretty clueless. I'm Autistic and have physical issues like EDS, chronic pain and fatigue etc so really appreciated James taking the time to have a consultation with me beforehand to answer all my questions so I could prepare myself. On the day he made sure I was all good throughout the whole process and kindly explained everything as we went so I understood. Honestly really interesting ! Even the part where I was being stabbed by the needle multiple times haha. I could really see his commitment to his craft and the care he put in to make sure it was what I wanted. Aftercare was kindly explained too and if I have any issues I can always contact them which is fantastic! Overall fantastic experience 100/10 would highly recommend ! The other artists that work at Sacred Art Tattoos are also AMAZING I just haven't had a chance to work with them YET! Much Love Kelsie”

“Oliver Spencer makes some beautiful clothing and their stores continue their elegance in two stores with menswear in one, and womenswear & shoes set a shop along just down the road. Changing rooms are very small but clothes are lovely, the staff are really helpful and I've come away quite smitten. The women's store had a more relaxed vibe than the menswear place. It felt full of unusual things and reminded me of Anthropologie because of this, though with much more focus on tailoring.”

“My wife is house bound and needs help to stand or sit. We decided that a rise and recliner chair would best suit he needs. A search of the internet convinced us that buying locally was the way to go. A local search revealed that Suite Deals sold them and so I paid them a visit. I was met by Martin who showed and demonstrated to me their range of chairs, including their best seller which I initially rejected based on its colour. I selected a chair but at the last minute decide to try the best seller. This was much more comfortable and available. Martin told me that if I ordered it before 16:00 hours he could do same day delivery. Having consulted with my wife I called Martin to confirm the order and make payment. Martin delivered it, put it together and demonstrated it. At no time was I put under any pressure to buy from Suite Deals, and the service provided by Martin was excellent. I thoroughly recommend Suite Deals.”
