Pricing was really good and the lady who did my nails was a perfectionist and gave me the best nails I’ve had in ages. “Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”

“I had infills and shellac gel polish done on my nails. It was an absolutely rushed job by the man as it was late and I was the last customer of the day. The shellac hasn’t even set smoothly on to my nails and looks awfully thick, scratched and lumpy. Not happy at all! My eyesight is very poor so I trusted his work and I didn’t notice how bad it really was until I woke up the following morning and saw my nails in the natural light. Pedicure on the other hand was done by a lady who did an amazing job. I love how my feet have turned out. I contacted the salon who were terribly sorry for my experience and asked me to go back. I did and they redid my nails as a gesture of good will and the transformation was incredible. I’m much more happier with my nails and they look absolutely beautiful. (You can see for yourself the before and after results). Thank you American Nails for having great customer service. I look forward to seeing you again.”
