“Almost perfect experience in this barbers today for a beard trim. The barber took the time to listen to what I asked for, and fed back to me what he interpreted. This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

“We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!”

“The minute I met Sunaina I felt so at ease. She is an expert in her field and her warm demeanour makes you feel relaxed. She is also incredibly professional. I first had a very lovely massage with her to check out the salon and staff and was looking for laser but I was also a bit worried about the pain. She offered me a patch test and I felt nothing, no pain! Sunaina’s Soprano Ice machine is incredible and she is such a good therapist I went on instinct and booked in for everything laser. I am now 4 sessions in and I am blown away by the results. Sunanina takes her time, works with great integrity and the results speak for themselves. I feel much more comfortable not having to worry about hair removal and I am only halfway through. Highly recommend her demeanour, expertise, the salon and the quality of the results. “5 stars!! Very friendly salon, was even offered tea/coffee. The lady who did my nails- sorry I don't know her name- she's young and has long coffin shaped nails herself- she was fantastic! I told her I like my nails to be long and square and that's exactly what I was given. Only downside and this is the same with most nail shops is that it's cash only and I always put everything on my card as I never carry cash. Only minor and I will still be having my nails done there, would Defo recommend.”

“I saw Nicole for a short while as I needed help working through some difficulties related to a childhood phobia. She really helped me change the way I look at certain situations that I feared so terribly, and gave me some useful techniques. I’ve been using these for a few months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my behaviours and how I handle situations related to my phobia. We also worked on some things I had buried deep down. Things I didn’t realise were affecting me & how I live my life. My thoughts were challenged which helped me see things more positively. I now feel more empowered, more confident and in control. “We have used Paul to board our Great Dane Kiki and for occasional day care. Our Dane is a nervous girl around people. This is due to being mistreated when she was young before she was rescued. I was hoping she would be okay with Paul after booking her in for the day. I collected her at the end of the day and she seemed happy and relaxed. We booked her in for another date. It was on arrival at Paul's house for the second booking time that I realised how at ease she was. The door was opened and she bowled right in with her tail wagging. Kiki came to us with lots of anxiety around people and has always been nervous and cautious of new people especially men. But 100% happy and confident around Paul. We are really happy we have found him. Would highly recommend.”
