“Lovely lady called Lianda who works here helped me and my friend with swimming lessons for our kids, she understood we would like them to be in the same class as they both are very shy and being together would encourage one another. Lianda was a super star even with being very booked up she managed to sort this out for us both. happy kids and happy parents. “Absolutely a great Hotel with a great location in London. You are a few meters away from Victoria Station and this means that you are near everything that matters in London. Room are a small but cleaned every days. Bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the heat: no air conditioning and only a 'basic' floor fan that was practically useless. I suggest it for a quick trip with family or friends.”

“I had Charlotte. Went in for hot stone massage. Wasn’t conventional, didnt leave the stones to sink in but this could have been a knowledgable move. She used the stones and then located my pressure points which have been bothering me for some time. She focused and worked on these areas and located similar knots. I need deep deep pressure to the point of pain to relieve these knots, rare to get in a massage. But she was effective. Nice atmosphere, polite staff, soothing and calming. -will attend again. -cucumber water would be a bonus”

“My son attended Caterpillars from age 2, and thrived there. He could talk, spell, read and count by the time he left for school. He really enjoyed his time there and still keeps in touch with staff when passing. I have also sent my daughter to the nursery and she is enjoying it just as much. I feel the staff are great, the activities are varied, I never worry when my child is with them and they have gone above and beyond on many occasions with both children.
