I was experiencing serve sciatic pain and he came and got straight to work (Other people I called said I needed a consultation first) I went from a 11 out of 10 pain level to a 4 out of 10 by time he left. He sent some additional info via WhatsApp after the session and checked in on me again today (who even does that in this day and age?!) Today the pain has peaked at a 5 out of 10 which he said was to be expected because of the severity of my issue but its eases with the additional exercises he sent me to do after the session which is great as I want to avoid taking pain relief if I can help it. He said I shouldn’t need another session if I continue with the aftercare but he’ll be the first person I call if I do get that level of pain again.”
