“John and his team at Kuchen in Bromley were very helpful and we are very pleased with our kitchen. The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

“Maritza was incredibly facilitating and helpful when I tried on a few shoes in store. She brought out insoles for me to better help me visualise how the shoe would fit when I eventually do buy, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand. There was also a lady with a headscarf (I didn’t get her name) who was brilliant in making me feel welcome, offering me a glass of Prosecco and water for the duration of my browse. Thanks team :) I felt quite special in that store that evening.”

“Searched for alternative retailers to change my battery as usually take my watch to Goldsmiths. The watch is a divers Breitling so needs to be sealed with special equipment. Raymond was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He talked me through their process and a colleague of his (John) sealed the watch and changed the battery. Had it back quicker than Goldsmiths and will certainly use Raymond again. A true gent and top service which really is lacking nowadays. Actually sent my daughter to Raymond to change her watch battery later that afternoon. 5 star, cheers Raymond.”

“Love me some R&B's! From the 1970s in Leytonstone (now closed) to now, Brent Cross; it's one of those stores that I've always trusted. The quality and the craftsmanship are one of the best. I don't think their shoes are made in the UK anymore, and that was evident from around early 2000, Anyway, the boots I purchased were the COMBAT, 8 Eyelet Military Boot, for £275.00. The leather is really nice and soft, with as mentioned a sole replicating that of a military boot. They do feel slightly tight on one foot, but hopefully, due to the softness of the leather, the boot should hopefully widen slightly. I bought these for bad weather days, so I will hopefully get more use of them in January, February.”

“Fantastic experience here, the lovely young shop assistant LizzieR was super helpful getting many sizes of different shoes to try on. Not once was she pushy for sale even offering to hold till next day while I decided. She was also helpful with things to visit while in UK. Thankyou, and yes returned for the shoes and visited suggested landmarks so worth it.”

“After much deliberation over my steadily declining eyebrows, i did some research and saw some really good reviews for Nicole. I booked a consultation and was impressed how professional her home set up is. I felt listened to and she walked me through everything i had any reservations about. I went in for my first appointment which took a little under 3 hours. Nicole painstakingly mapped my brow shape, drew them on and from there we tweaked it to a shape i was happy with. The tattooing machine itself was not painful, more a little grating towards the ens. Once the outline was completed Nicole popped some numbing gel on so i didn't feel anything in the main. Upong completion, we had a look together, added a couple of bits where we agreed it was necessary. Then she talked me through the aftercare. I have a top up appointment coming up which is included in the 1st appt costs. I have been thrilled with how well they have turned out and i have had so many complementa on how natural they look. This is exactly what i wanted to achieve. I can't recommend Nicole enough Pictures added to show one day after and 2 weeks later”

In the past I have had manicures, pedicures, shellac on hands and feet, LVL lash lifts, eyebrow wax and tint, eyelash tint, laminated eyebrows and I also get my hair cut, dyed and styled in there! They do everything you want and more and exceed expectations! Never had these treatments better anywhere else in all my years of going to salons! The best at eyebrows, lashes and nails!! Not to mention the girls are so good at understanding your needs when getting your hair bleached for the first time! Best client based customer service you will ever experience! “I honestly can't speak highly enough of this place, a real gem of a shop with a very traditional feel. They have put carpets in the whole of the upstairs and the quality is really fantastic. We went for a thicker carpet in the main bedroom and it really was worth it although the other carpets are also excellent. Even though I didn't get my initial nose piercing done at Valhalla, she was still more than willing to help take a look at it and assist me in removing the labret bar ahead of an MRI appointment. She really went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. It's a very cool space and filled with what seems like great people, so I'll definitely return for any new piercings, piercing assistance, and even a new tattoo.”

“Had a lovely tattoo Experience, Jamie the owner is just a lovely and funny guy, he always makes the whole experience fun and comfortable, even more especially if its your first time. The commucation prior to booking the appointment is great as they discuss everything with you, the shop is clean and there is always a nice vibe in there. I have had all my 9 tattoos done there by him and the other lovely tattoo artists in the shop and I would not go anywhere as they know what they are doing and very accommodating so can't wait to keep getting more.
