We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences. Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

“Great place! Professional and very friendly staff. I'm very picky about people I go to for haircuts. I initially started with James a few months ago and I must say he does a great job every time. For my last haircut James wasn't available but Courtney reassured me she knew my cut, despite only seeing me at the shop a handful of times and still the results were great! Good conversations too, almost forget you're in there for a haircut not a social. You know you're at a good place when the staff start to remember you, cause it shows they pay attention and they care. Since finding them I've recommended them to friends and family. I just can't believe I only discovered them a few months ago.”

“After checking so many online mattresses and reading opinion I decide to check in shop. Prince was looking after us. We used many options. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. In the evening I am just looking reason to go earlier to bed, eg reading book.”

Always so helpful what the school needs and what the children wear as uniform rather than trying to over sell you non essential items that other local shops do. This has verything from clothes, electrical items, cookware to groceries, so almost one shop all. Pop in and be surprised since on some electrical items it is competitive to Argos. So check prices by looking in store before going to the Argos section which is located within the store.”
