“Had my first proper curly cut with Nat yesterday and honestly I couldn't be happier! My curls are happy - shiny, bouncy and defined. They took the time to explain everything to me and I now understand my hair so won't have the frizzy mess that I usually have! Service is great - first time I've had a head massage at a salon and it was lovely! Can't wait to go back with my daughter later in the month so she can love her curls like I love mine. I've seen a few reviews where people have complained about length - happy curls spring up so you will look like you've lost a lot more length than you actually have. I had about 1cm taken off but my hair looks a good inch or more shorter. Will NEVER go anywhere else again! Thanks so much x”

Steve the manager came over to help with the consolation with the cut and the colour, I didn’t feel rushed and they gave me plenty of time to decide what I was going to do ,they also gave me expert advice on the sort of haircuts that was achievable with my hair texture and recommended products to make my hair more manageable. I will definitely be returning. Grace done a good job on my hair and it has never looked this nice.”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”
