“I had a trapped nerve in the neck which affected the whole of my right side. The pain was 8 out of 10. At one point 111 thought I was having a heart attack and sent me straight to a&e - fortunately enough the heart is in a good condition. But due to the junior docs strike I was just palmed off with a pulled muscle. I couldn’t even get an appt with my GP or out of hours service. So tried a chiropractor, who took X-rays and gave me the feed back that I needed a 12 week program to get the nerve treated. I took one treatment to start with and they left me in more pain than ever before. I ended up having to take 17 pain killers a day just to get thru the day until someone recommended Andrew. I was with Andrew for 1 hour, in that one hour he managed to straighten me up, I trapped the nerve, advised me on exercises that I could do whilst working that wouldn’t look out of place. Advised that the one treatment he done should be enough but if ‘I wanted’ to then I could book a second one. Andrew listened to my needs, dealt with the problem, gave fantastic advice and most of all - he was honest! His practice was warm, clean and inviting and he’s so friendly. I now see why Upminster First Rugby team use him - he has magic in his hands n. Thank you Andrew for fixing me too!”

“Really great service at this running shop! The two guys working there helped me out with a gait analysis and measured my feet to figure out the best shoes for my overpronation. They were super helpful and explained everything clearly. I ended up getting a pair of Saucony running shoes, and I’m loving them so far-they feel really comfortable and supportive. “Lily, a 2.5 year old greyhound was admitted to Wylies a few weeks ago. She was extremely poorly and had pneumonia. She was in critical care for 3 nights. The care she received was first class. It is honestly down to the hard work of the vet team that she is here today with me. I was so impressed with the care she received, I have moved my other 3 greyhounds to Wylies. A huge thank you to Anna, Gemma and Lewis who was amazing with Lily. Also, thank you to the reception team who were always so kind to me every single time I visited and was upset. “I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail.
