“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!”

“Pet Pals is an excellent cattery and Sarah is absolutely terrific with our two cats. One of our cats has diabetes so needs extra help and Sarah has been very caring. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. We recommend Pet Pals very highly!”

“Marion looked after our year old cockapoo, Barty. We were a little worried as we’d never left him before, but after taking him to visit Marion prior to going away, we had no doubts that she would be great. During their six days together, Barty clearly had a great time. Marion gave video updates a couple of times a day via WhatsApp giving details of their walks. Marion wasn’t just walking him around the block - she loaded him into her car and took him to all kinds of places. He clearly had a great time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion. She clearly loves her doggie clients and they will love her too.”

“Our standard dachshund, Sniper, recently stayed with Sam and her daughter, Daisy, for five nights whilst we were away. He received excellent care and did not appear to miss us. Sam sent us regular messages and photo/ video updates about Sniper, who was very happy - slept well, ate well and thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other dachshunds and of Sam and Daisy. I particularly liked the fact that the dogs were walked in the fields each day, also the play activities and stimulation which Sam incorporated into their days. We collected a very contented dachshund.”

“Karolina is attentive, caring and most of all treats our dog as if her own. We have a lil boy that’s full of attitude and generally takes a while to warm up to people. It only took them 2 walks before they were inseparable friends. Our dog gets super excited to go for walks with Karolina and his other furry friends. We could not recommend Karolina enough. She really cares about all the dogs, and ensures the personalities fit each other by scheduling them on specific days.”

“We recently boarded our two guinea pigs with Pet Fayre and found the whole experience to be 5 star. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals she looks after so we knew our girls were in safe hands. Reasonably priced. Stress free. Our girls came home happy and healthy and had even had their nails trimmed while they were there. Highly recommend”

“Feel so lucky to have found Lexy Dogs & Pets care. Big shout out to Jaya who is Duke's regular walker. Duke can be an anxious pup in new situations and Jaya was so patient and caring. Communication of pick-up, drop-off and during walks is excellent. The group photos of Duke and his walking pals make my day!”

“A late review considering I've been entrusting Brian and his family with my cat for a few years now. But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”

“Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there.
