Pet exercise in London

“I used this dog boarding service when we went on holiday back in February. My puppy German shepherd was 3 months old then and I was anxious how he would be around anyone other than us. He also suffered from separation anxiety. We made Lauren aware of our concerns and also wanted some lead training done whilst he stayed there. Togo loved his first stay and learnt a lot and we also were sent picture and videos of how he was doing. Since then Togo has stayed on a number of occasions for 2-3 days at a time and I know if I make a call for advice I’ll be given correct information too.Togo is now 7 months and is always happy to stay with Lauren. It’s like he has a second set of parents and to know they are fully insured and have the correct training means I can rest assured that Togo is safe and well looked after.”

“We have used Rachael’s services as a cat sitter for the past five years. I don’t think we’d dare go away if not for her. Other cat sitters we have had in the past have not been as communicative or calm in the face of issues. And our cat is has his fair share of them. We get daily photos and/or videos and updates via WhatsApp. I cannot overstate the care and professionalism offered to a couple of worried cat-parents. Highly recommended.”

My pooch looked like he was on his own holiday, loving life meeting other dogs and plenty of walks. Could not thank you two enough. There was also another occasion where she was happy to stand in very last minute which as pet owners we know takes away a huge amount of stress. “Mark is a great dog walker. He never let me down and was walking our bundle of fluff 3 times a week. Our Benji loved his walks with Mark and adored him. He took great care of Benji and was always adaptable if days for walking changed, due to work commitments. I really would recommend him.”

“Nice and cosy rooms with modern decor. Good price for this area of London. I have stayed at the Andaz hotel which is close which cost over double the price of this room (room 15) at Fraser Residences but Fraser Residences was a much better stay. Slightly noisy from the street, but that is to be expected in central London. Room is open plan.”

Bella used to be very nervous every time she had to go for a walk in the neighbourhood. She is getting better and better. He seems to have made some dog friends and it is super great to have the photos and videos of his adventures each time to see how much stimulation his outings with Lynsey bring him. “I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime”

“We were gifted this experience and my Fiance and I used it for a London getaway! We were very happy with the parking, staff and the room. Parking was very easy to pay for, staff were very accomidating and the food was great. Was about 50 minutes walk and train journey away from Central London which was good for trip out and easy journey back to relax. Would stay again 10/10.”

They gave me free puppy food and all vaccinations were up to date. I've contacted the owner a few times for advice about my puppy and she is always more than happy to speak to me.
