“Extremely happy I discovered this program for cfs and that I started it. There was really nothing like it available in the German speaking room and it also helped me in a lot of areas not even the doctors here could help me with. I initially went to Hay Farm, which was a great setting amongst nature to reset and really focus on myself with the help of the therapists, who were all incredibly supportive of my recovery. I was really concerned about how I would cope when i left, as it seemed so far from real life, but the way they prepare you is really excellent. I’ve also been back for Day Care after doing a residential stint which has been super helpful as a way of gradually easing back into life, whilst keeping my recovery front and centre. The different options they have on offer are really good as it sets you up for success. Would highly recommend if you or someone you know are really in need of more focussed help and support.”
