“Arati is an unassuming restaurant on a side road amongst other restaurants which has a traditional charm about it. Decor is traditional, which provides a great atmosphere compared to more modern clinical decors. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The menu has a wide choice to suit everyone and even a section titled "English"! Food is fresh and cooked to perfection. On street parking only, which is possible on the single yellow lines from 7pm.”

“Have eaten in this restaurant a few times always been great. Haven’t been for 4 or 5 years. Visited on Sunday for Sunday set lunch. I didn’t realise they did the traditional roast beef chicken or lamb along with fish dishes. £22.95 for 2 courses. Starters we all had prawn cocktail nicest one almost ever eaten very generous portion size packed with prawns. Roast Beef was delicious potatoes light crispy and fluffy very good horseradish in fact I think it’s the best roast dinner for miles around. Service great. Very impressed why haven’t I come more often I ask myself. Will be back.”

“We ordered the Midas special platter for home delivery via Uber eats. What we actually got the chefs special Platter. The Midas special is the same as the chefs special but comes with Lamb chops, Lamb ribs, cacik and hummus. These we did not get. We made a phonecall to Midas BBQ told them what was missing and that they had actually delivered a Chef Special Platter instead. They was very apologetic and within 20 mins they delivered the missing items. The man who delivered from Midas was also apologetic. He showed great empathy. Thankyou whoever you are! Most restaurants who get it wrong just say get a refund from Uber but Midas BBQ obviously thrive on customer service and it was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional and great quality. Well done Midas BBQ. We will definitely order again.”

“Expensive but delicious, sweet and sour prawn balls and vegetarian hor devours. Only suggestion is to have slightly larger steam holes as it was a bit steamed by the time it arrived. Will visit again for delivery order, ordered on Google Just Eat. Due to price though wouldn't be too often.”

“Visited Mayhill’s for the first time last night and my friends and I absolutely loved it! The food was exceptional, the tiger prawns were hands down the best we’ve ever eaten! The drinks were delicious, the service was excellent. The DJ and belly dancer were great but we would’ve liked more entertainment for a Saturday night but other than that we’d highly recommend it.”

“Wonderful service and delicious food we had this Sunday evening. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves. After speaking to the owner Sunday is a very very quiet time. I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment. They do not have a drinks licence so if you want alcy, bring your own. Fish tikka as a starter was amazing. Everything else delicious.”

“I have been ordering take away from here for many years. My go to dish is Chicken Madras. I’ve tasted this dish in numerous other places and it has NEVER tasted as good as curry leaf. All other dishes are great too. The food is fresh, non greasy and of a very high standard, especially compared to what I have experienced elsewhere. The owner himself is so pleasant and friendly, holding good relationships with all new and existing customers. I would highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars all round”

“Only had a tenner cash - asked for their suggestion for food which understandably is a big ask. I got a delicious sweet and sour main as well as a fried rice for just under ten pounds. The food was amazing, service was amazing for accepting my request, and last of all I spent no more than 5 minutes waiting for my food. Good £10 well spent.”

“Very nice food i've ordered from here for 10 or 11 years. Staff are always friendly and helpful and it always a quick delivery. My go to dishes i highly recommend are: the crispy fish in three taste sauce, chicken panang, mixed seafood salad, Thai fish cakes and the pad Thai. Always lovely food here if you like Thai food give this place a try”
