“I recently got my TV unit designed and installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. My designer, Palak, was absolutely amazing. Throughout the process, I asked for many suggestions and explored multiple options, but in the end I went with her recommendation — and I’m so glad I did. Her understanding of design, space, and what would look best in my home was spot on. The installation was handled by Satish and his team, and they did an excellent job. They were professional, precise, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The finishing is perfect, and they left the space clean and tidy. “Amazing from start to finish. Greeted at the door, shown to the table, the decor is stunning, the staff are all so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious very good portion size no waiting around served quickly and given the time to enjoy the food and not rushed to clear the table, they do have a 2hr dining policy but not strictly enforced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and definitely worth it”

“Went there for my wife's birthday dinner and we were so happy with tasty food and excellent service. Drinks from the bar took a while to prepare so eventually we ordered different drinks but other than that everything went well. Happy wife and kids.”

The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the delicious spread of Indian dishes. We started with the chats, which were bursting with flavor and had the perfect balance of spices and textures. Moving on to the main course, the dal makhani was rich and creamy, exactly how it should be. The veg makhanwala was equally impressive, with a delightful blend of vegetables in a luscious, buttery sauce. The naans were simply outstanding – soft, fluffy, and the ideal accompaniment to the curries. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s expertise. “It was my first tasting menu experience ever and I have to say that it was a delightful. The (dream) team: - Joanna was very kind since the beginning; - Chef Patron Sebastian Rast and his team made a great job in kitchen. Very quiet and effective. Absolutely masters! The food: I totally destroyed the wrong concept about gourmet food (gourmet is tasteless or/and not fulfilling). Every single dish was an explosion of flavours. Absolutely stunning! The ambience: Loved the decoration in tones of black and brown and somehow shady and minimalist. I can’t recommend this place enough! Price vs quality outstanding! Congratulations!”

“I was able to attend with my co-workers and the food was amazing. The only thing that was a little slow was ordering our main courses. I think I asked the server 5 times to order our main course. Overall it was amazing and the karaoke was good. I thought about singing but I didn’t speak the language. I hope to go again next time I’m in town”

“Fantastic experience of a Latin American tasting dinner. The ambience was fab, great atmosphere, we were introduced to chef and she explained the story behind her menu. Every taste was delicious, delicate and flavoursome. We loved it . The only slight thing is the toilets are a bit grot but I didn't use them so I didn't care! Again, the food was amazing”

“We went on Wednesday evening, we were greeted with a smile and showed to our table. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and guide you with the menu. The setting is very nice and parking is easy to find. The food was quite tasty. We got the Calamari, Wings and the Prawn Tempura for starters. For the mains we got the lamb chops, wagyu surf and turf, wagyu sirloin and the wagyu t-bone steak.. and we enjoyed our food. Would I go back there again? YES! Our steaks were amazing and full of flavour,the customer service was amazing, and the overall experience was very personal. So yes, gets a 5 outta 5. Good hidden gem.”

“Great pizza spot right in the heart of London! The location is super central and easy to reach. Their Margherita pizza was absolutely delicious—perfect crust, sauce, and cheese. The prices are also very reasonable for London. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Amazing gem in Forest Hill and some of best Japanese style food I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful season specials too and really wonderful desserts. Considering the quality of food I’d say this place is value for money. I look forward to more evenings here. The decor is cute. Nice for a quick meal, solo dining, a date, friendly hangout or special occasion. The waitress is very good at her job and felt really well we were not rushed, well attended to and taken care of. I saw they also do some good take away deals.”

“I heard about the chorba at this place from an elderly gentleman - so I made it my mission to go. The chicken soup was piping hot and tasty ( home style ). Well priced - super clean and no frills - clean display cabinet - nice music and clean toilet. I loved it so much I stayed to read my book and have another beverage. These are the local places we need to support!!! Next time I’ll go for breakfast.”

“I have been to this pub a few times.since the new manager took over (i think he has been managing for around 8 months now). They are a very friendly community based team. Today for example a lady in a wheel chair was outside and asked me.to let.thr staff kmow she needed help. Thr manager immediately let.me tell him even though he was really busy. Came out straight away and mads the lady feel special and supported. He even tried to find a comfy seat available for her and one that was not high. When I have been here before the manager was again very chatty and explained he wamts customers.tk feel special and valued. He certainly has achieved this. The ither staff also are friendly and always approachable. You will be served here quickly as they make customers a priority.the food is amazing too.”

“5 minute walk from Victoria Station. It is in a quiet residential area with a lovely hot breakfast daily. The room price is high for a very small room BUT the breakfast is high quality and adds so much value. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is staff available to get ice or linen. The restaurant is only open for the breakfast but does offer alcoholic drinks at night. Beds were very comfortable but there is literally very little space to walk or stand in the room. The proprietor is independent and should be supported for not joining a hotel chain. I recommend The Windermere”

“Rooms are almost perfect except the size. Smaller but cleverly designed. There is no wardrobe that you can hang many clothes, either you keep them in the baggage or bring an iron. The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.”

“We tried this restaurant as we just moved to the area. What a pleasant surprise. The food was lovely, abundant and at a very reasonable price. We loved the atmosphere and the team is so welcoming. Excellent customer service, we felt pampered and at home. Much recommended.”

“Wow.....What a fantastic meal! - the offer with First Table is exceptional value for money. We ate like royalty and did not hold back.....nibbles, starters, sushi and mains - everything was simply delicious!! I highly recommend the Tuna Tostadas to start, what an immense way to get your taste buds going - the tuna was so fresh and the lovely hint of heat from the jalapeños.....yum! Other highlights were the Red Prawn Truffle - so light and yet packed with intense flavours and also the Spicy Buttermilk Chicken Karaage - so crispy and juicy. The Black Miso Cod of course was a true delight, with that deep, rich flavour coming throb with each bite - the slight charring on the edges giving a nice texture. If you have room for dessert, the Passionfruit Creme Brulee was stunning, beautifully presented, served with little diced cubes of fruit and tasted sublime. To note, the service was impeccable - our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. “I didn’t notice there was such a good, authentic chinese restaurant at elephant and castle. it easily became one of my favourites, with actual high quality chinese food. it was so good we couldn’t help but order more despite being so full!! the wonton soup is a must try (you could request for noodles with it). the salt baked french beans was new to me but so delicious and refreshing. the shrimp in kung po sauce was amazing (and authentic too). the crab fried rice was my favourite tho, the dryness of the dish was just right. finally they gave us desserts on the house, the chocolate cake was really good, not too spongey nor too sweet.”

The young staff were welcoming, even when I asked if I could have 3 pints of Naked Ladies, if I wasn't being wound up by my buddies who drink there regularly for rugby. BTW they have Erdinger in bottles, including alcohol free so I could enjoy a beer.”
