“Excellent experience. From the first voice on reception everything was clearly explained and all instructions were made easy to follow. Digital informaton sent was again made easy to complete with simple, clear instruction were given. On arrival we had a warm welcome and were quickly put at ease. The nursing staff were again excellent and very professional. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me and the dentist was absolutely first class. Friendly, reassuring and very pleasant personality. Lastly, the after care service was excellent. Clear instructions on aftercare at home were given with clear advice on pain management if needed. “Best mechanic I have ever had work on my car, had an issue with a sensor effecting electronics in the car and these guys found the issue and went out of their way to resolve as quickly as possible, got my car back quickly and working like a charm. Another mechanic looked at my car changed the battery and then this issue popped up again after only 2 weeks, their recommendation was to get a new battery again and pay again! So glad I came to these guys. Thanks again!”

Despite the ongoing pressures, lack of respect, and poor pay that NHS workers sadly face, the staff here consistently remain caring, professional, and dedicated.
