“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. Really impressed with the level of service, especially so close to closing time. Thank you to John and the team for going above and beyond!”

“I would highly recommend this salon if you want a great hair styling experience. I went in casually looking for an appointment for a hair cut with my 5 year old and he was also as pleased as I was at the end of my appointment. My stylist was Vicky who was very warm n friendly and I would say very patient as my hair is very long and she took her time to make sure my hair looked great n exactly how I wanted. The staff is also very friendly n offered my son a drink n a biscuit which was very sweet on their part. I would definitely be going back again for a personalised experience!!”

“The minute I met Sunaina I felt so at ease. She is an expert in her field and her warm demeanour makes you feel relaxed. She is also incredibly professional. I first had a very lovely massage with her to check out the salon and staff and was looking for laser but I was also a bit worried about the pain. She offered me a patch test and I felt nothing, no pain! Sunaina’s Soprano Ice machine is incredible and she is such a good therapist I went on instinct and booked in for everything laser. I am now 4 sessions in and I am blown away by the results. Sunanina takes her time, works with great integrity and the results speak for themselves. I feel much more comfortable not having to worry about hair removal and I am only halfway through. Highly recommend her demeanour, expertise, the salon and the quality of the results.
