“Homes & Co have been fantastic from day one. I first spoke with Michelle over the phone who answered all my questions and arranged a flat viewing for me with Sean. Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. I expressed interest in the flat and Sean got things going very quickly and kept me informed. The application process was made very easy by Michelle and this was completed with minimal effort required on my part. Any problems in the flat have been sorted by Homes & Co quickly and efficiently. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise). The menu is packed with options, from hearty sandwiches to fresh salads and comforting classics. I went for the Chicken Escalope sandwich, and it was on point – tender, perfectly cooked chicken in a soft granary roll with crisp lettuce, cucumber, and a zesty lemon mayo that made every bite pop. My buddy chose the lasagna, served piping hot with golden fries and a fresh side salad – classic comfort food done right. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions and bold flavors. The staff were a real highlight – super friendly, attentive, and full of warmth. Joseph, in particular, stood out, greeting us with a genuine smile and keeping everything running smoothly, even as the place hummed with lunchtime diners. Our drinks arrived quickly, perfectly complementing the meal, and the service was flawless throughout. I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there. “We have used Broadway Dental clinic for years for all our check ups and hygienist appointments. They are brilliant with kids. Over Christmas I had a fall and broke my front tooth. Dr Hussain and Amy (the dental nurse) did an amazing jobs at putting in the replacement. They colour matched to my teeth perfectly and it looks completely natural. They were both calm and understanding professionals with my nerves. Highly recommend.”
