“Richmond Rascals are by far the best doggy daycare establishment I’ve encountered. Firstly, they’re very friendly, and the shop itself is homely and nicely decorated. Secondly, they definitely take care of the dogs entrusted to them very well. I had a dog that was terminally ill, and the days he spent here were amongst the happiest in his life. At times it seemed he would be more excited to go here than go home! I would absolutely recommend Richmond Raacals to anyone.”

“Popped into this shop while in London on vacation. I love silver jewelry so we just went into peruse, and I ended up falling in love with a chunky silver ring. While checking out, I mentioned to the woman working that my fiancé and I had gotten engaged a few days prior but had not been able to wear my ring yet as it was too big- and she was kind enough to help fit me with a temporary sizer so I was able to wear my ring for the rest of vacation, which she did not have to do! “Found Shipletts on the Richmond tourism website and was a little nervous about not going through something like AirBnB but everything was wonderful. We rented the two bedroom unit by Richmond station for a week. It was spacious and fairly quiet given the location. It was minutes away from the tube/overground and network rail, and close to so many great cafes and shops. We got a comprehensive tour on arrival, and the hosts were nearby in case of any issues. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come ‘home’ at the end of each days adventures.”

They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”
