“Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

The technician, Paul (Kennith)that arrived to fix the broken window, he was very informative and professional. He called me to let me know he was 10 mins away and before he started the work he took the time to explain what it is he will be doing and did the best job he could. no more noise from broken glass when shutting the door, the glass that had slipped inside the door panel, Paul had cleared all the glass from inside the panel as well as fixed the glass.
