“Our son has been at Kateys for 9 months now and we couldn't be happier. The staff are so welcoming and loving towards the children. The range of activities, play and learning they do is outstanding. Each day useful feedback is given and periodically more thorough feedback in the form of a learning journal and parents evenings. I'm always astonished by the range and depth of topics covered. The setting is excellent too with lots of outdoor space and nearby points of interest. Highly recommend.”

“The pizza was very fresh and tasty. Kus gave us good information about the pizzas since we were vegetarian and we went with his suggestions which was delicious. Definitely order the Tiramisu. It was homemade and super fresh. Must try place if you’re in Richmond.”

The warm welcome lured us in and we were not disappointed. Recommendations for drinks, a very well looked after 9 year old and plates finished. Not residents of London but frequent visitors. “An excellent restaurant with brilliant service and great sanitation. We felt looked after and safe the entire evening! Food was one of the best we have had in London. We got the aloo tiki chaat, papdi chat, salmon, shashlik and terichelly prawns for the starter and we were blown away by the authentic flavours. My favourite would have to be the aloo tiki chaat and the prawns. Everything tasted fresh and tender with perfectly balanced flavours. For the main meal, we got the methi gobi, chettinad, butter chicken and dal makhani with rice, naan and paratha; all were superb! There was a range of spice levels and something for everyone in the family, veg and non-veg. The portions were a great size and the presentation of the food and drinks made the evening even better. I am normally quite particular and uncompromising about food but I have never been so impressed. We will definitely revisit many more times in the future.”

“As a huge fan of Persian & Iranian cuisine, I have to say that this place is a solid 10. The garlic and sesame naan was fragrant and deliciously paired with the juicy koobideh kebab. The rice were fragrant and the flavours enhanced when we asked for some butter to go with them. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive service. Fair pricing about £25pp”

“I seriously love my fish and chips and this was hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was completely made to order and boy was it worth the wait. The batter was so crispy but not greasy and the fish was so juicy and succulent in the middle. It was literally cooked to perfection. The chips were amazing too. Not to crispy and not to soggy. A perfect blend and you can tell they use really good potatoes. Really friendly service in lovely little area. Just a shame I don’t live closer as would be here every Friday! Highly recommend!!”
