“Was recommended howdens Romford by the carpenter who was going to fit my kitchen. I dealt with Richard primarily and have also been assisted by the staff in the branch. It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. “I’ve been to many hairdressers in my time but this salon is by far the best I’ve been to. The service and staff are amazing. Esh, Justine, Emma, Katie just to name a few are absolutely darlings. Having Asian hair a lot of salons claim they cannot achieve certain hair colours but this Salon knows exactly what to do without making it look brassy or orange. They are true hair dye specialist. “I recently joined this practice and have seen all the vets at the surgery, as I have a dog who’s been quite unwell. Every single member of the team has been so lovely and compassionate. They’ve shown real care and gentleness towards my dog, especially considering how anxious she’s become about vet visits. They never push unnecessary or expensive treatments - only what she truly needs - and every time we leave, she’s calm and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them. It’s such a relief to have found a practice that puts the animal’s wellbeing first.”
