Yes, it might be smaller than what you'd expect from a "supermarket", but the variety of products, especially in the chilled section is far bigger than other vegan stores that might appear physically bigger. I have never ever seen any other vegan stores in the UK that provide nearly as much chilled products as GreenBay. The owners and the rest of the staff are fab!! Also, they're dog friendly, so what else can you for? (maybe a dog water bowl ;) :P )”

“Came to Publiq for a dinner with friends. We arrived half hour early and the staff were welcoming and happy to sit us down as there was space available. Staff continued to be attentive throughout us being there. Both food (small plates style) and white wine were delicious. On the food front I would recommend a small plate, a side and a snack as sufficient to feel satisfied. A little on the pricy side, some menu items felt more value for money than others, for example steak for £23 felt good value whilst a burrata salad for £18 not so much. I guess the prices can be expected give the location however, so it doesn’t feel like something to reduce the rating from 5 to 4 star. Nice venue with a private feeling to it. Recommend for a nice dinner when you find yourself in the area.”

“I did my monthly dinner in August here. What a delightful, quaint little place in the courtyard facing J Sheekey as well as backstage Wyndham Theatre. An actor came out, in between shows in a robe and matching slippers for a smoke and to sign someone’s autograph. There were 7 of us. Food and drink were really good and good value for money. The staff were extremely accomodating and attentive. We were all in awe of the place.”

The lunch options are paninis, sandwiches and salad bowls, plus baked potatoes and priced between £3.50 and £8.50. Cakes £2.90 Coffees around £2-3 with Americano £2.40 and cappuccino £2.70. This is a friendly cafe with outdoor seating and ideal for coffee and cake whilst out shopping or light lunches with friends. A really lovely addition to this fast improving High Street.”
