“I have been going to Amies Nails for over 10 years. Love Love Love the place! Amie and all the staff are super lovely, it is always excellent quality and budget friendly too. I get my hands and feet done here. I love that it is walk in or appointment. They have always fitted me in. Every Christmas I have a christmas theme design which always look amazing. Oliver is the best at design! It is a happy, friendly, vibrant salon and I can't recommend it highly enough.”

“Fantastic place for taking your toddler to. The place is not very big but it is very lively, fun and free . We got there before 10 and because there was no ticket guy at the car park yet we parked for free , so get there early to avoid paying parking as there is no parking machine,just a guy selling tickets. Make sure you get a towel and some spare clothes for your toddler as they will play in the splash area and get wet. Our 2,5 year old absolutely loved it and we struggled to drag him away from the splash area. The other play areas are nice too and not very expensive. Park is huge and not much to see but it's a nice breath of fresh air. I saw some people fishing as well so that might be a good idea for the future. Overall , very lovely Sunday out with our lovely boy”

“Visited with my son and friends on a Saturday, the pub was packed and very lively! The barmaid who served us was friendly and polite ,karaoke was in full swing and we had a great time.The pub toilets were clean which always helps! We didn't have a meal but the menu looked tasty so will be going back to sample it,I would highly recommend you pay a visit to this happy,well run pub.”

“My go to coffee shop always! Drinks are always so tasty and refreshing, the cakes are very good too. Especially the Belgian chocolate cheesecake! Staff are always very kind and care for their customers. I visit atleast a couple times a week, cannot go without Caffè Nero’s iconic iced latte. Xx”

Sharon in the office is very helpfull gives u all information that you need and shows where to go locally for fun and food. She goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are happy and comfortable.. “Very nice interior after the renovation they had, smaller menu than before but I think that lets them focus more effort into making the food that's still there tastier. Prices are very affordable too, can easily get a full meal to feed 1 adult man for roughly £5-£8 depending on choices. Very friendly staff too, also I think an MP attended the re-opening, which was pretty cool too. All the food was cooked fresh right in front of me, and it only took less than 10 minutes for me to get tucked in.”

“Went to visit the Red House, and this place was recommended. It is hidden away behind the registry office in the park. Not advertised from the front and it seemed to be closed. Look for a gate opening in the railings and go around the back. A lovely tea room with proper tea cups and teapots. Tasty sandwiches and nice hot tea. Overlooking a beautiful landscape. Service and staff are very attentive a polite.”

“Where do I start. Sophie is hands down one of the best beauticians I have used in the 30 years of attending a vast number of salons. She is warm, attentive, professional and really cares that as a customer, you are happy. Each customer has their own file nail, which is big deal due to hygiene. Whatever treatment I have for my nails, the colour lasts for nearly 6 weeks and that is not an exaggeration. I would highly recommend Sophie, you will not want to go anywhere else once you have visited her.”
