I called JF Autos late in the day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me by rearranging their schedule to fit me in the very next morning. On top of that, I had arranged for a mobile mechanic to handle a tyre change since my usual mechanic doesn’t do tyres, but Jack not only offered to do it on-site but also gave me a better price than the mobile technician. Thanks to him, I was able to get everything done in one place, saving me the hassle of taking another day off work. We contacted Sharda, who responded promptly and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process. Dawn was able to make herself available to notarise the documents at very short notice, with the additional bonus that she came to our home to do the notarising. Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches.
