I live leadership, I started my leadership journey in scouting since I was 12 and at 14 already, I became a scout unit leader. Learning scout leadership at age 14, i developed from a local youth leader into a significant international figure in youth development and leadership training while simultaneously mastering complex organizational systems.”
“I only use this place to take my CIMA exam. This is the only place I found relatively near to me and opens on the weekends. Extremely helpful when I want to an exam on Saturday or Sunday.”
“Absolutely wonderful place full of amazing training (some even free) and great teachers especially Jenny Macdonald in jewellery and Anna Chrysopoulo in glass. All newly refurbished and in first year of reopening - staff very friendly, just ironing out a few kinks with the building logistics. Plus fantastic cafe run by fabulous ladies - delicious, friendly and very good value!”
“Came today for my 4year old sons potential allergy. Got there an hour before his appointment. Went in and was greeted by lovely smiley reception staff. (Obviously being early I expected to wait a very long time) sat down and within minutes my sons name was called to be weighed and measured, again the nurse who did this was lovely and chatty. We went and sat back down again, and minutes later were called by the dr! After seeing the dr we were told we’d need a blood test! I was told we could numb it and wait an hour or use the cold spray straight away, so off we go to have the blood test with cold spray! The 2 nurses doing it were again so lovely and explained everything that would happen. A bonus for my son was a sticker and toy! I’m so impressed with how everything went! We were in and out of the car park before his actual appointment time! I’m sure not every day runs as smoothly as it did this morning but I’d like to thank everyone as it was a fantastic experience!”
“Fantastic experience, friendly staff with honest approach..”
“Pleasant, efficient phlebotamists have taken my blood on several occasions. They are brilliant!”
“This college is very good and its fees is very low.”
“The psychiatrist that I had an appointment with was professional and kind, he really took time to listen to me and understand my issues.”
“Dr. Bashir is sooooo thorough and gets to the root of the problem, does not just diagnose you as Depressed, but finds out why you are feeling the way you do, and may not be depression at all. I would recommend him to anyone seeking psychiatric care, including family and friends.”
“This is where I work and it is awsome”
“I have never had any issues with the staff. I must say the service is really fast and convenient. I applied for a visa by post and and the process was 3 days from when I sent it to when I received it. I posted for next day delivered and returned. Posted on a Tuesday and received it back on a Thursday same week. Tell me which other embassy can do that? I once applied by post but did not put in all documents. My documents were sent back including the application fee. Try doing that with the UK embassy or US embassy and see how long it will take to get a reply or if you will see you money. Credit should be given when earned. Well done and carry on with the good job. I am happy for the good job you guys are doing. Improvements will always come at some point. Rome was not built in a day.”
“My son been going to smerdons now for a while after leaving his previous day centre. He throughly enjoys the engagement and support offered by the team. My son likes to be active in the community which smerdons have been able to provide him. Many opportunities to be inclusive in things that without the he may not get to experience. So thank you, you guys do a fantastic job for my son and many others.”
“good experience. Staff are very friendly”
“I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Tena Walters and received 10/10 treatment from start to finish. Tena is experienced and very personable and kind, I had a vacuum biopsy with Dr Teh who was so knowledgeable and reassuring, and the lovely Leah held my hand and kept me calm throughout as I have a phobia to needles. Thank you to all of you who took excellent care of me. I would definitely recommend 108 Harley astreet to anyone who has a breast issue. Thanks again.”
“I have been going to New Bentley NRC for 17 years. We are a resource Centre for people with physical disabilities and, over the past few years, learning disabilities too. We have many activities and all of the staff have been with us for over 10 years so are vastly experienced. We are a community within the local community and we attend, not just for activities and day trips, but also for the friendship and support that we get from the staff and each other. Many of us have been attending for between 10 + 30 years that shows how much we love our Centre and each other. Our disabilities vary from walking disabled to permanent wheelchair users and we are an inclusive Centre. We are culturally diverse and have a deep respect for each other and each other's beliefs and lifestyles. This is why we are a community and not just somewhere that we attend to get out of the house (although that is another plus!). We welcome new service users with open arms and a smile!”
